    Pros +

    • Close to many tourist attractions. There was a little BF buffet for 8 euros, which added to the convenience. 24hr free coffee/tea and pastry. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I would give them a score of 11 out of 10.
    • Small and charming hotel in an amazing location in the old quarter, on a narrow, pedestrian street, just steps from the cathedral and an abundance of lovely restaurants, shops, and bars.
    • The location was excellent. Just a few minutes walk to the cathedral, bars and restaurants. The cleanliness of the hotel exceptional. The rooms are spacious and there is a mini fridge with free water when you arrive. Also there are free coffe and tea downstairs which you can take up to your room so no need to bring a kettle. The staff are friendly and helpful. We arrived early due to an early flight and are room was available at no extra charge. I don’t think this would be available during the busy season though.

    Cons -

    • Our room was on the ground floor. Given that the hotel is located in a very narrow alley, it was always dark during the day. Also, if someone smoked outside, we could smell it in our room.
    • Bed not ideal for a couple because made up of 2 beds pushed together (a common problem I have found in Europe). Cathedral bells and groups of jovial pedestrians interrupted sleep (problem solved by closing windows, but then no fresh breeze).
    • breakfast - cold food, little space

This hotel was excellent for us. The location is very central, making it very easy to visit and stay in the city centre. We found the staff to be very courteous and kind, and we thank them for that. The hotel and room were very clean.

Great Location very central- loads of cafes, shops and restaurants around. You are also next door to a Flamenco show! Very clean, plenty of space and bathroom good size.

Nothing- to keep a watch of the temperature on the shower it intermittently goes very very hot!

Very central, clean, comfortable, with friendly staff. I arrived early and was able to check in straight away. It’s a rarity to find a single room, and it was spacious.

Rather lacking in atmosphere - not much shared space. Some noise in (pedestrian) street outside - only to be expected in such a central location. Breakfast was expensive.

Large room, clean bathroom, very good location and good staff.

It would be nice if bathroom slippers were provided.

The staff were kind and welcoming. I appreciated having a mini fridge. It's very centrally located, close to the gothic cathedral. I appreciated the noon check out time and that the staff were willing to keep my bag for a few hours after check out.

My room was on the second floor, facing a side street, and it was very, very loud. I sleep with earplugs and a white noise machine, but it was still really loud. You hear people dining out in the numerous bars and restaurants all evening and night long, then in the AM, there are people from the surrounding hotels dragging their luggage across the cobblestones below your window. I barely slept at all, which is the main reason to have a hotel room. There are many options for lighting, but none of them provide soft evening light. There is a long, low panel hung above where your head goes on the bed, that provides light. I felt uncomfortable sleeping under it. Though I am sure it is secure, it feels like it could fall, and it feels odd to have something hung right above your head while you sleep. Also, there was a rooftop terrace advertised as part of my stay. That is only open to guests on the top floor. That was a disappointment to find out at check in as the booking.com listing said otherwise.

Perfect location!!! The staff was very pleasant and helpful (24/7 open reception)

Breakfast was extremely minimal - do not recommend to book with breakfast

    9HelenPosted on: 10-25-2025

The location was perfect, 2 minutes from the Cathedral & La Giralda. The room was surprisingly quiet, given the location of the hotel in the heart of the tourist area. We had a good sized bathroom, and a comfortable bed. The staff were helpful and friendly.

We could have done with a proper table. Tea & coffee were free in the lobby, but there were no facilities in the room.

Central location, very big comfortable single room with own bathroom. Tea and coffee available. Lovely staff easy to communicate with.

It's a small, cozy hotel right in the heart of Seville. Friendly staff, very convenient location, nice breakfast and comfortable rooms

This is one gem of a hotel. The location could not be any better. We were early so left our bags in the luggage room. Re returned a bit later and our room was ready. Our room was bright and spacious. The beds comfortable too. There wasn’t any tea or coffee facilities in the room but that didn’t bother us as there was free tea and coffee available downstairs by reception 24 hours a day. All the staff were very efficient and friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Bars and fab restaurants just a minutes walk away. We were also 2 minutes away from cathedral, in fact on our room on the 2nd floor we could see the spire of the cathedral. We travelled with friends and they remarked how good the hotel was. Definitely recommended.

We were greeted in such a friendly welcoming way when we checked into the U-sense Seville Centro. The room was clean and with a comfortable bed! Great balcony windows that open to the street to give you sounds of the town. The location was amazing. We were almost on top of the major sights we were there to see. Within a sort walk of some of the other activities we planned. The staff was extremely helpful with recommendations and there if we needed anything. We would stay again.

It was a little challenging to find as cabs cannot drive you directly to it and on the last day of our stay there were some lift issues. There was no problem, however, if you had fewer bags than we had because the stairs are easily accessible.
