Comfortable bed.

For a “superior” room, it was very small. Even a shower cabin was very small, about 4 sq.feet. There was no chair, just a small stool, no place to put our open bags.

Location was great. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Huge breakfast spread. Friendly staff. Location: not in the old town area, so if you have rented a car it's easy to drive to and from. Close to the train station. My family stayed only the one night and we had a great experience.

Why they shut down ac

They have shutdown ac and too hot rooms when open window Cannt sleep due to traffic noise it was very bad experience

Breakfast options are very good, and they have options for people with allergies and intolerances to gluten and Lactose.

Aftre 3 nights stay the rooms were not properly cleaned and our bed linen was only changed once. The matresses were not good, they have been quite used.

The property is in a very good location with close proximity to the historic center. There is a refrigerator in the room, which is very tiny, but which is helpful. There is also a very good coffee maker in the room. Also, next-door is a supermarket, which is great. Also, the restaurant and bar in the hotel itself are very nice and reasonably priced.

On the booking.com website, it says that it has its own on-site parking , but you have to pay €15 a day, which is a discounted rate, which is misleading because booking.com says parking is included. Word to the wise. The room is very comfortable and well appointed. However, the TV is very small and is not a smart TV, so you cannot stream from your phone. Additionally, booking.com does not tell you that you have to pay a pet fee. It says pets are accepted, but does not say that you have to pay a $35 dog fee. Please be aware of that.

The hotel room was very good. It was clean and confortable. The hotel is 20 mins walking distance to city center.

Personal preference but the bed sheets felt too rough. Very uncomfortable. Also it was a 30 minute walk from the Center of Seville! Good for corporate events or big groups but prepare to walk 30 minutes to the center or take transportation!

The staff was realy helpful and cooperative.The room is good and the bathroom as well.Parking right underneath with a discount.Highly recommended!!!

Excellent hotel, more than you expect, with a great location, a large lobby like a five star hotel, a large room with great facilities, and nice and friendly staff. Everything about this hotel is above expectations. I was very satisfied and I recommend this hotel to all my family and friends who want to go to Seville.very clean and nice Swimming pool and SPA, Free Parking with big car's area

Great room and bathroom size, plenty of amenities in the room and hotel. The beds were very comfortable. Nice pool and outside bar area. Both the cafe and breakfast restaurant were very good. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location to the city center was wonderful. Plenty of transport options are located just outside the hotel. The hotel is also surrounded by cafes, restaurants, a pharmacy, and a grocery store, all within a short walk.

Personally, I found the pillows a bit flat and uncomfortable. But that's just my personal opinion.

NH hotels are well established in Spain . It gets familiar when getting there from the welcome juice or water to the hall configuration.Location is good.Breakfast is amazing as in all NH I went before.

This the fourth NH i am visiting and it is honestly the worst. Furniture is to be urgently renovated.Many things are broken/ sweequing/ almost not from this generation of hotels.At checking in the reception had difficulty giving us a double bed room and then he find it and gave us a room number with a big smile.When entering i noticed like a moisture smell . I thought things will get better after I while. In fact it didn t . We spent a whole night breathing fungus and it turned out that the AC was dripping water and the bad smell was all from that . From the sight of the wood ceiling and the floor it seemed liked it dated a long time ago .When I complained about it they did change the room but looked surprised.I think it is a shame on keeping this room for use with this medical risk.The pool is so small ! The service at the terrace closes at 9 . No way to get any food or drinks after that.

Wonderful staff. Amazing breakfast and gorgeous rooms

The bed was comfortable and the front desk staff was very friendly on check-in. We appreciated the complementary juice in the lobby area. While the location was not ideal, it was walkable to where we wanted to go. There was not much noise from outside.

When we walked into our room we immediately found 5-6 flies flying around the centre. We were taken aback to find bugs in the room but later figured that a window had likely been left open at one point. To be fair - we did not report this to staff, but only because the only remedy was likely changing rooms and we were pretty exhausted from travel and just wanted to lie down. We noticed that the walls were very thin, we could hear children in the room next door shouting all day and in the evening the television sound from the same room kept us awake. Every time we came back to the room after it had been cleaned there was a minor issue. The toilet was broken (the smaller flush did not flush the toilet but instead stopped the water from running) and housekeeping must have neglected to shut off the water before leaving. Towels were taken but not replaced. The shower did not look like it has been thoroughly cleaned, with pink mildew around the top and in the grout. It’s also one of those bathrooms with a window into the bedroom area and frosted glass in horizontal stripes which was fine for us but could be very awkward for others. It was a 25-40 minute walk anytime we had to go somewhere. We enjoy walking, but it did mean it was not necessarily convenient for coming back and forth during the day. Finally, the in-room amenities were fairly basic. No robe or slippers, which is not by any means a dealbreaker, but considering the price we paid for the room we were overall very dissatisfied.

The room was nice, as seen in photos. The location is very good, very close the center and several attractions. Breakfast had various options, which is good.
