They charged me $75.00 for a free call to Apple!! There was no message near the phone, or anywhere that will say that free calls will be charged, an outrageous amount, and this was Euros, so, it will be much more. Unbelievable!! And was faraway!

On the floor there was a horrible smell When I opened the window it was a canalisation smell The air conditioner was also a diffusing horrible smell

Any airport hotel in any country needs to cater to guests who are travelling, we come and go at varied times. So opening up the restaurant/bar at 8 o'clock in the evening because that is the host countries custom is not really looking after your travelling clientele. The menu was very small but I appreciated the generous glass of wine!!!!

Not walking distance to city center. Need for a bus transit or a taxi to get there.Staff not really helpful or friendly.

Nothing, the location was far from the city centre. The means of transport was either taxi which was expensive or bus of which the drop off and pick up location was not great. The room was ok but there was no cupboard same at all.

This truly was a terrible hotel, the staff were incredibly unpleasant and unhelpful which made the experience even worse. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent service at the reception. Clean room with comfortable beds. 10mn walk to supermarket and shops

Hotel is very modern. We were able to catch bus 28 which was about a 10 minutes walk to get downtown. It took about 35 minutes and cost 2.8 euros instead of a 20-35 euro uber ride internet speed was excellent. Quiet and easy to rest.

It’s a ways out from city. Breakfast isn’t included.

After being stuck at the airport for almost a day it was a relief to have a great shower and a comfortable bed at a hotel close to the airport

Nice place. Had everything I needed. Only problem was my room being too close to the roadway and the cars at night were too loud. They have parking with charging for electric cars. The gym was nice, sad that I went too late and the sauna closes at 11pm so I couldn’t use it.

We stayed here the last night of our trip. It was close to the airport and they called a taxi for us to get to our earthly morning flight. They also let us check in early which was very nice.

We've been here 3 times. We love going to the lounge for breakfast. Great and secure parking.

On Tuesday, March 4th, the coffee machine was moved away from the breakfast area, unplugged and covered up. We had never seen this happen before. The manager put black coffee in some pitchers but it was bitter and awful! Really ruined the breakfast for us! And the previous day, Monday, we spent nearly 2 hours relaxing at breakfast in the lovely and comfortable lounge area, enjoying coffee from the machine. ?

the location was perfect for me coz I needed an accommodation near the airport : my flight was very early in the morning.I had dinner in town so I can't say anything about the restaurant, but there is a coffeemaker so I could drink some coffee befor I left.The stuff is helpful and the bed comfortable

Nice helpful staff, rooms and hotel are clean and modern, service in bar was good and reasonably priced.

Only criticism is me really, I forgot it's an airport hotel so people would leave early (noise), I was there to chill, but altogether a good place.

Restaurant opened at 8pm, which meant eating later than I would have preferred.Not much around (carrefour about 10 mins walk), but bus route nearby goes to city. Some noise from other guests during night.
