Petit Palace Marques Santa Ana

This is a lovely hotel, right in the center of Seville. The staff are all friendly and professional.

We had hoped to park in the hotel, but the streets were closed earlier than expected for Semana Santa. This is not the hotel's fault, just something for other travelers to be aware of.

Love the proximity to everything and the cool rooftop view of the Cathedral

Parking was an issue. Had to park offsight. But that wasnt too big of a deal.

Great location, convenient to all the sights in central Seville. Hotel room was really nice, super clean, spacious with very large double bed and bunk beds for the kids.Breakfast was lovely - fresh and replenished regularly. All staff were helpful and friendly - particular shout out to Maria!

Though we visited in February our room felt hot, turned on air-conditioning but it didn't help and was very noisy. Night 2 - just opened the windows and that was much better

Location was fantastic. Driving directions were very challenging. On site parking in basement garage was great, but directions could have been better, and VERY tight for mid-size vehicle

City centre location , but on a side street so itt was quiet.Varied choice of breakfast.

The hotel was situated right in the centre of everything we wanted to see, just a stone's throw from the cathedral, plus it had the amazing bonus of parking on site. The hotel sent us details of the route to the hotel through the pedestrian zone which was helpful but unfortunately temporary road works blocked the route. I phoned the hotel and the receptionist talked me through the alternative route whilst I was driving and came out to meet us, which was super helpful.

Breakfast room was a bit small and so people were waiting. Also no-ne seemed able to understand the coffee machine so queues there too!

The bathroom was very clean pression of water was great.

The lighting in the room was way too bright and white... the room itself felt a bit more like 3 star quality.

That dogs are allowed - we had one in the room next to us and it was left alone so barked all afternoon on our last afternoon when trying to take a rest.Also the same people arrived back at 03.39am and made alot of boise for nearly 2 hours.

Very nice and helpful staff. The hotel was just round the corner from the Cathedral and very centrally located with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was very good.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The location is great to walk to anything. WiFi is strong24/hour reception

It is difficult for Uber drivers to find. But the hotel can call you a taxi.

Fantastic location. No more than 5 min walk to everything we wanted to see. Very helpful staff, responding to all our requests.

Initially it seems disappointing. Quite basic and rooms were v cold (it was an unusually cold holiday period) and one of two rooms had smell of a teenage boy’s gym bag… but once this was raised politely with staff everything was sorted. Roof terrace is not a bar and pointless in winter. Even view of the cathedral has a crane in front of it right now! But this would be a perfect cool hotel in hotter months.

The Location is great. the installation was clean, breakfast great and the staff impeccable.

the bed bunks for the kids where a little high off the ground, protection could go also on the head of the bed.

Charming hotel in the Historic neighborhood, walking distance from all the major sights, but not noisy at all. We had the room for 4, and this was the largest single room we stayed in. Not cramped at all. The facilities were clean, bathroom was exceptionally clean. Lovely breakfast buffet with many options, worth the price.

Can’t think of anything negative.
