Facilities, amenities in the room, coffee machine with take away glasses and coffee capsules. very nice. also the gym, very good stuff. not very far to the center, but very good hotel

The woman in the reception on Monday morning with glasses. it seems, she is the typical has been working there for years, bored of customers. She is unpolite and rude and zero helpful.

Pretty convenience location , clean and comfortable

Lovely good size room, comfortable beds, really clean, excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Location was slightly out of town centre but with a bus stop a short walk from the hotel that offered a regular service.

Building work meant the pool was closed and construction noise during the day.

Very disappointed and terrible value for money

The pool was closed and there was continuous construction throughout the hotel. We had to move rooms due to a smell of sewage in our room which was really disruptive to our short trip. There were also silverfish bugs in our first room and ants in our second one.

A nice hotel: pleasant design and friendly staff. Very nice breakfast. Modern style of the rooms and an amazing jacuzzi in the bathroom, which made all the difference. Although the hotel is not in the strict centre, the bus stop nearby makes it easy to get there whenever you need.

The WiFi dit not work that great. The line experienced lots of interruptions. Relatively little choice of bars/restaurants in the hotel, although what was available was nice. The hotel experienced some alterations when I was there, and this resulted in the lobby and corridors being always dirty. While one can understand that the work needs to be done, it was a bit of a shame not to see the reception/lobby to be clean and welcoming.

Personal is amazing. Carlos, the youngest front desk officer is generous in his time explaining, recommending and navigating in the city.

Very clean and staff generally lovely

Swimming pool was not in use,on the first morning the breakfast order was taken for my wife but then the waitress walked away without taking my order!

The property is close to the Seville School of Architecture and located within walking distance to all university. The room service is impeccable. I would recommend this for business trip.

It seems slightly overpriced given that the location is not in the historical center. The pool is in heated and you need some courage to use it in November. I appreciated the receptionist who kindly replaced my originally assigned ground-floor room (which had a slight furniture smell) with one on the second floor. However, there was construction noise from the rooftop every morning. During my six-night stay, the guests in the neighbouring room talked late into the night, and their conversations were clearly audible. On checkout day, a different receptionist asked me to pay the invoice again despite my prepayment via booking.com. Generally, the staff were very helpful and courteous, and my suggestions are meant to help improve the experience to meet 4-star standards. In general, I was satisfied with my stay.

Hotel is not right in the centre. It's a decent walk to the old town, though the terrain is flat.

Beautiful building.

Gym a bit outdated and small. Beds were too firm for my taste and we had a room on the ground floor with a view into a wall.

The hotel was in an excellent location away from the main hustle of the city, but close enough to walk to. The room was quiet and had everything you would need and a few extras.

There as only one option for breakfast, which was a bit expensive if you only want a coffee and toast. But good value if you wanted more.

The house keeping was top notch, staff was extremely helpful. The hotel facilities were maintained well.

The cups in the room were disposable and it's not the same having a cup of tea in a disposable cup

Room was very clean and wide, loved the services like the swimming pool. Also the breakfast was very rich and good. Last but not least, the staff was extremely kind.

To small the restaurant and no amenities

Gentleman at reception who checked us in was very helpful and pleasant. And changed our friends room when it wasn’t up to standard. The pool and gym area was nice. Parking was convenient.

Rooms were tired and dark. Damp in corner of our room and parquet flooring was in poor condition. Doors were chipped. Very poor for Marriott. One lady at reception was very curt when we asked for a taxi to be booked.

Clean American corporate style motel masquerading as a boutique. Cheap fitout.

Very poor restaurant coffee and cafe

Very friendly staff in reception and catering. Lovely spacious clean room. Good sized dining area. Location was perfect for me, however it is a short taxi/bus ride from the centre.

The hotel is located in a lovely building, it has a nice terrace. There's a cold breakfast buffet in the morning with additional hot foods (scrambled eggs etc.) that are made on request. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable with a lovely seating area by the window. The staff is friendly.I didn't check out the swimming pool.

The hotel is located outside of the centre of Sevilla and it's about 25 minutes to walk there. The area around the hotel is perfectly fine but there are not a lot of facilities such as restaurants. There is a supermarket close by.

Hotel was okay, staff were helpful when needed. Half an hour walk to Santa Cruz Seville, bus stop was outside the hotel and fare was €1.40 to the centre, Uber cost €10. Breakfast was nice.

No view from the windows, pool was out of order during our stay, on arrival our room was not cleaned properly and had to make a complaint, the issues were dealt with promptly, room slightly dated could do with a touch up.

The food in the restaurant was absolutely delicious!! Highly recommend the burger; homemade, and with homemade chips too. The bed was really comfy and the toiletries provided smelt incredible.

We booked a room with a hydro massage bath, which didn't work (we were offered to change room but for one night, we decided not to bother). Despite the hotel being fairly empty, we were given a room with views of the apartment block behind. The rooftop pool leaves a lot to be desired; it needs a lick of paint, more water, the terrace needed swept of leaves, the laundry basket of towels was full and there were towels lying on the floor. For 4 stars, I was not that impressed
