Breakfast was excellent with plenty of seating. Just a short walk to the cathedral and Alcazar.
Bedroom was upstairs from the sitting and bathrooms so a little dangerous at night if I needed to get up
This hotel is located in the Alfalfa district in a historical mansion. Clearly there are rules and regulations as to the conservation of such gems. We enjoyed our time greatly, especially the assistance of Maria who arranged for the breakfast room to be opened half an hour earlier on our day trip to the White Villages. They also have the orange wine of Sevilla, which is not to be missed. The hotel is about 20 minutes by walking to the train station, and more or less everywhere within Sevilla, and they serve a very good breakfast. Highly recommended.
Location was excellent for all our site seeing and outings. The breakfast was very good with lots of variety. The room was great for the three of us. Front desk service was excellent and beyond expectations.
Nothing to report.
The hotel was beautiful.
Staff pleasant, rooms were clean and spacious, and complimentary breakfast was always good.
The staff were very friendly and kind and the rooms were adequate. The price is very fair. The location is good except for the lack of sidewalk at access point.
Our a/c did not seem to be working and despite letting the desk staff know it never worked well. The coffee machine did not work after the first day.
Breakfast was very good. Great staff
Busy street in front
The hotel is in the perfect location. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. I love the Spanish look the hotel has, which is what I was looking for. Restaurants and shopping and within walking distance. I would definitely come back and stay here
the hotel is located at walking dostance to all main touristic points. The room was large and with nice furniture. All the persons from reception are very nice and helpful.
Very poor breakfast. The person who handle the food is making cleaning in the hotel in the same time, too.At the first floor hall there was a strange bad smell.
Loved the location and the traditional style of the hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly and kept our bags before and after check in/out
Nothing to dislike
Beautiful interior and accommodating staff. Had the 3 bedroom and it was very comfortable and spacious enough.
staff was really nice and it is very well located!
bed was clearly old, as the mattress was crooked. in the morning, there was a lot of noise coming from the hotel. I guess my room was beside some kind of storage room and I was woken up pretty early by the noise.
The location was excellent: walking distance to the Real Alcázar, Metropol Parasol, Casa de la Memoria, and plenty of shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly, allowed us to check in early, and provided helpful information about taxis and trains. The room itself was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The AC worked well.
The cleanliness was poor, sheets were not replaced and there were cobwebs. We even found a cockroach and crickets in the room. The water pressure was very weak, making showers a struggle, and the provided toiletries were low quality (tiny bottles of gel that didn’t lather well). Wi-Fi was almost unusable, only working when we stayed near the lobby.
The cleanest, friendly staff, and its location.
There was a smell coming from the shower drain.
Historic hotel - beautifully decorated - typically Spanish. Right in the middle of Seville. Easy to walk to most main attractions. Staff very helpful - recommended and booked a fantastic night of Flamenco for us .Very clean - lovely little square nearby with lots of restaurants. A wonderful stay. We would return.
Location,beautiful interior,fantastic images.
The water pressure was too low .
The room was comfortable and the AC rocked as it was high 90s/low 100s while we were here. We loved the historic interior of the hotel. All the staff was nice and helpful. I was unable to bring up my Alcazar tickets on my phone and reception printed them out for me after I forwarded my email. Although you had to be very careful when stepping out the front door because of traffic, the hotel was in a great location for exploring Sevilla. There was variety at breakfast though the presentation could have been a bit better, i.e. cutting up more of the fruit, tomatoes. A very enjoyable stay!
The washer/laundry facility was broken while we were there.
