Everything was great, staff welcomed us with a glass of cava, provided recommendations. Room was of ok size, with great bathroom and was very comfortable. Hotel has roof garden with pool which was great for relaxing. Breakfast was ideal, with many choices. Can't fault the location, the staff - they have it all!

Excellent location, just perfect for a short stay as most of the tourist sites could be reached by walking. The rooms are beautifully appointed and the bed was extremely comfortable. The pictures on the walls are amusing!Beautiful view from the rooftop bar. All the staff we interacted with were extremely helpful .

The description of some of the items on the breakfast menu was a bit misleading. The hotel is located in the old town in an area with only pedestrian access. The taxis therefore drop you off as near as possible and it is a short walk. This may be unsuitable if you have limited mobility.The rooftop pool is in reality is a plunge pool.

Sometimes in the evenings they could have done with more staff on the front desk. I would have loved room service but wasn't available.

The staff was welcoming from the moment we entered the lobby. They were quick to orient us to our neighborhood and to suggesting nearby restaurants, sites of interest and night life. The lobby was spacious and welcoming with plenty of comfortable seating. The room, the morning breakfast, and the room staff were all exceptional.

This hotel was in a fantastic location, It has an amazing rooftop patio with panoramic views. Close to many attractions, most are walkable. Breakfast was excellent. Very clean and a very friendly staff. I would 100% recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Location was excellent as well as the staff.

Our room 003 was small with limited space around the bed and in the wardrobe. In addition there was limited natural daylight in the room. The pool area only had 4 sun beds which for the size of the hotel is not sufficient.

Nice decor and comfortable/ spacious rooms and bed. Great location in the center of the city.

Pool area is not as big as expected but was nice. Could have done with more sun beds/longers and umbrellas in summer heat.

Excellent staff that were extremely helpful and always keen to help. Their English speaking in all cases was very good. Terrace bar was great and breakfast was varied and fresh.

We had a supporting pillar right in the middle of the room which was a little inconvenient in darkness in the middle of the night.

The hotel was very well located for exploring Seville. The staff were brilliant, friendly and very helpful. The hotel was very clean and looking new. The roof top terrace was great in the evening, well maintained and staffed by a great team where nothing was too much bother.
