Hotel Mercer Sevilla 5 GL

Absolutely exceptional property. It’s a beautiful building. Very close walking distance to lovely restaurants and everything you’d want to see in Seville. My wife was pregnant and even for her everything was very local and she didn’t struggle.Every single member of staff are incredibly helpful and genuinely lovely. They gave us plenty of recommendations for local things to see, restaurants and even helped organise taxis if we needed them to the airport or Italica. The pictures don’t do the rooms justice the ceilings are incredibly high, rooms are spacious and meticulously designed. We loved that we had a separate space to hang our clothes and there were plenty of surfaces in the room so you didn’t feel like the room was untidy or cluttered. The breakfast is absolutely delicious and the team make the most delicious cocktails. It feels like you have the whole hotel to yourself. We didn’t want to leave!!!

From the moment we enter the hotel, we felt like we were the most important persons in the world. We enjoyed the hospitality, the room ( just perfect), the breakfast (one of the best breakfasts in all of the hotels we stayed in and we stayed in a lot of hotels), the kindness of the staff, the beauty of the hotel, the pool. EVERYTHING. The staff understood our needs and personalize our stay so we can enjoy every moments. We truly had an outstanding stay. I can only recommend this hotel !! We will definitely come back and become regulars. We thank you for making my partner’s birthday an incredible moment ! :)

Rooms are perfect. Bathroom is one of the biggest and most beautiful that I’ve ever seen, rooms are very confortable with very high cellings

We appreciated the level of cleanliness and detail to attention All of the staff( (including housecleaning) were exceptional in all areas of customer service. By far, the nicest property that we stayed at during our visit to Spain.

The hotel is okay, the building is nice and the location is good. But for the price absolutely not worth it. Would not recommend.

When we arrived, we notice the bed was ikea quality and it made a sqeaking sounds when sat on. Under the bed the slats were out of place. I called reception and promised to fix it. It took them 2 hours to send someone from maintenance and they just put the slats back in. When I then sat on the bed again, half of the slats fell out. At which point I contacted reception again and they told me they won't be able to fix it until the next day and they couldn't change the room as they were fully booked. We then decided to leave to another hotel. They didn't say anything, nor offered compensation for the time lost. When they got my car from the valet, there was a plant in it that the valet decided to transport in my car. I do not recommend this hotel. Probably the worst 5 star hotel I ever stayed in.

All of the staff we met in the hotel was wonderful.

Zero communication with management. claim to be a luxury hotel with 11 rooms. If something happens and you need to get in touch with the manager there is no one on property for three days. They won’t even contact you with a simple phone call, text message or email. The management left me a very bad taste. Because of that I did not give the hotel a 10. And that’s unfortunate because the staff was wonderful. Management set very bad example. Because of what happened, We will not return to this property or any other property.

Excellent rooms and service. Pablo, the concierge, helped us navigate the city from arranging transportation to reservations for dinner and activities. Beautiful hotel!

The hotel's close proximity to most of our destinations made it so convenient. We walked to most. Breakfast was exceptional and the room was our favorite among four different 5 star hotels on our extended vacation throughout pain.

We loved everything!

Some of the best hotel staff I’ve ever met. Spacious rooms, gorgeous decor, great inclusions and located right in the middle of the best tapas bars.

Never worked out how to use the shower - it was either scalding or cold.

First room was dark. Second room was excellent.

Sergio was extremely helpful and very kind. Always on hand with information and he went out of his way to look after us.

The bathroom was not a 5* bathroom. The hotel was beautiful and I think probably listed so they had inserted bathroom pods into the room. This would have been fine, but they just weren't great quality and the water pressure was awful, so our shower was a dribble and very difficult to control the temperature as the handle kept falling off!

The room was excelent, we had a view to the street with the orange trees (love them), we liked the location because it was on a quiet area but not far from the Cathedral, the staff was amazing, really helpful, friendly and very welcoming. We will for sure go back to stay there :)

Very nice staff, well trained, sylvia is doing agreat job, both in servicing the customer as well as making them feel comfortable. The manager is great!

The hotel is within walking distance to all major attractions. The breakfast is excellent and beautiful and the waiter Sergio is the best. On the first day, we asked for white cheese, but they didn't have it, but they bought specially for us for the next days. Other members of the staff are worth to be highlighted. Carmen at the front desk is very kind and efficient. She helped us with dinner reservations and other recommendations. Aroa, the barwoman was also very kind. My husband is very allergic and the hotel helped with all the requests for the room, which was very clean. In the room, the highlight is the bathroom.
