Amazing hotel and we HIGHLY recommend staying at the Hotel Kivir. The hotel is perfectly located for walking o all of the sights in Seville. The rooftop bar serves wonderful drinks and overlooks river.

No negatives to the Hotel Kivir.

We had a fabulous stay at Hotel Kivir, the location was perfect to easily explore the city. The staff were all friendly & helpful. Our room was spacious, well equipped & spotless. Comfy bed & large bathroom. We appreciated the coffee machine & free juices & waters in the mini bar fridge. Super roof top bar with a great view over the river. Lots of choice at breakfast. We were really delighted by the (unexpected) efforts the hotel made to celebrate a special birthday while we were there - champagne & cake at breakfast, and a gift & card in the room. All in all, a really memorable stay. Would 100% recommend this hotel

Location is excellent

Breakfast had a limited selection.On arrival reception told us water and juices were complimentary and would be replaced in our room during our stay. This did not happen.

We’ve traveled a good bit, and this is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. It’s clean, comfortable, modern, spacious, well located, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is delicious, and the balcony was wonderful. I highly recommend a stay here!

Lovely hotel in the centre of Sevilla. Upgraded to the landmark view which was a beautiful view over the river.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Kivir. The room was beautiful, modern, and impeccably clean. Our room had a dream view overlooking the Guadalquivir River and the Triana Bridge. The rooftop terrace offers a stunning view as well.

Nothing negative to say.

The breakfast was fresh and tasty, with a nice selection that included also some delicacies. It was served on the terrace at the top of the hotel, offering a beautiful view of the skyline that made the experience even more enjoyable. I really liked that the hotel offers its own bicycles that you can rent for free. In addition, the staff went out of their way to fulfill every request. For example, although there is no gym, they were happy to provide equipment if you wanted to do some physical exercises in your room.

Really enjoyed our 2 day stay in Seville. Hotel was very central and ideally located to access the City. The staff were attentive and on-hand and were always pleasant and knowledgeable. The hotel itself was smart and clean and perfect for our requirement, not to mention the roof terrace bar which great for a cocktail, or two. Overall the hotel was a jewel and just off-center enough to be relatively quiet when needed.

We were provided with free drinks., sweets, coffee ets at the reception area and comfortable seating.

Payment was complicated and normal payment using the booking platform was not possible . There for I needed to make some phone calls to the booking platform and the hotel to check if this was correct and not fraud . Inconvenient to make all these extra steps

We had the most amazing stay, and all the staff were so special and personable. Jesús, Mar and Rey.Truly the best customer service I have ever had, better than a 5 star hotel that I had stayed at, as the staff are genuinely caring. Wonderful central location and staff have excellent advice for restaurants and places to see. Breakfast was outstanding. Made to feel so special and look forward to coming back and staying here again. Highly recommended this hotel, it exceeded my expectations.
