Beautiful hotel in great location. Staff all very helpfuland friendly. Will stay again!

The warmth and attention to detail of the staff was outstanding. Stayed in the hotel because was doing the Marathon, and when I arrived to the room there were 2 isotonics and two gels. In addition, they opened the breakfast 30 minutes earlier to allow me to leave at the right time.

Rooms are super, breakfast fabulous with super river views. Excellent rooftop bar with view of the Cathedral, Roof pool, indoor bar, great gym and super huge beds. Beautifully decorated rooms with black out and shutters. Cool, funky rooms with amazing art. Also found the Art Shop that supplies them. Just wonderful stay. So close to the River. The Market bar is just across the road, old market turned into a few bars together. Lovely.

The hotel was a great blend of old and new, with a lot of nice old features as well as all the usual modern conveniences. Rooftop was great, even in Feb it was open to sit outside and enjoy a drink. Location was excellent and staff were friendly throughout - especially for my partners birthday!

Room service was a little disappointing - we were not told it was delivered from the restaurant a couple of doors down. Some of it was ok, but some items (prawns and squid) were delivered cold and not well cooked (chewy). That said, I’m sure if we’d mentioned to staff they would have resolved, but due to it being late in the eve we decided not to.The breakfast was a little disappointing - basic spread of buffet options with à la carte for eggs mainly. Eggs Benedict was very poorly made, with a strange taste.

Beautiful hotel, we got upgrade to a junior suite as it was my birthday. Comfortable bed great nights sleep. Beautiful decor in the hotel. Staff really friendly and so very helpful. Breakfast was lovely and in another beautiful room. Roof top bar a must for evening drinks. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again when in Sevilla.

Nothing everything was great

Beautiful hotel, furnished in a very modern style, very comfortable room, the staff were exceptional - friendly and helpful. Great location right near the river and just a few minutes walk from the cathedral. Great breakfast with excellent service, lovely roof top bar with views right over the river and city. Room service was also excellent. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Nothing, other than there was some noise from the bar on Thursday night which disturbed us. Other than that it was a fantastic stay, and no other dislikes.

The hotel is the best of all worlds - a design treasure in the middle of an amazing city with a rooftop bar and quiet rooms. What more could you ask for?After a very comfortable stay, which included a complimentary upgrade, I left some critical medication in the fridge. The hotel alerted me extremely quickly and helped arrange a secure courier to make sure it got to me as soon as possible - absolutely above and beyond communication and service.

The Hotel decor and comfort is amazing. All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Excellent choice for breakfast and great service.

The superb interior design, location, breakfast, and kindness of the staff. I recommend it.

The only slight nuisance was the vey muffled music noise, thanks to the very good insulation, probably coming from some disco/bar nearby.

We spent my 50th birthday at Hotel Lobby last November, and I can’t begin to describe the exceptional quality of customer service we experienced. From valet parking to the thoughtful daily surprises, the elegance, attention to detail, and the delicious breakfast—everything about this hotel was excellent. The location is also ideal, just minutes from all the city’s main attractions. I highly recommend it!

The hotel staff were extremely attentive to our needs. The room was spotlessly clean and the turndown service reactive to our requirements.The location is within easy walking distance of all major attractions with numerous restaurants nearby.

Room could be ever so slightly noisy (music from bars in the street) but that really was a very minor issue.

We stayed in a Junior Suite, absolute luxury, the hotel is an old building which has a modern twist in the decor whilst respecting the original design. Perfect location for seeing all the sights, possible to walk to all of the landmarks.

Clean, stylish, comfortable, nice staff. It’s perfectly situated near all the important visited sites. The suite view room was excellent. The walk-in Amazon shower is marvellous. Couldn’t fault it on any level.
