Very small room. No where to put suitcases

Comfy, clean, spotless, great location, warm inside in winter, free water and coffee, really just nice place to stay!

Despite staying in the room on the ground floor it was warm inside and the floor wasn't cold. There wasn't much noise from the street at night as expected. We made a last minute booking and still get a proper check-in at night without any problems.

There was a smell in the room, and we are not sure about its origin. You can see that they experience issues with ants (dead ants on the floor, windows), and we are hoping it wasn't any smell from chemicals. As the room is just at the end of the hall where the reception is, you could hear a noise from the reception.

Friendly staff. Location was central for most attractions

We booked 6 nights for 660 euros with breakfast (110 euros per night). Our plans changed so we had to book an extra night at the start. We were charged 179 euros for this one night without breakfast!! It was the same room for all 7 nights. Breakfast was charged at 14 euros each. Not sure how the hotel or booking.com can justify that charge for 1 night

Very well located, staff was extra lovely and very accommodating! Even though after check out at 12, we could stay longer. I was working that day on my computer so they kindly suggested me to stay in the breakfast area the whole day. The rooms were clean, and great for the price.

The pool is smaller than expected, could fit maybe 5-6 people max and no space to really lay down and chill. I wasn’t expecting anything but was a bit surprised.

3rd time at this hotel. It is small and friendly and suits me perfectly.

A bit far from the historical center and a bit expensive.

Pepe who met us, helped us and was there for us was superb. He could not have done more and helped us with exploring the town and finding things. The hotel is modern and established wonderfully and located excellently for the Old Town. Breakfast is wonderful and huge. The pool is an added bonus which is great at the end of the day.

The price of parking the car was very high and hurts. The doors to the room have large gaps around them which let in light all the time and are very noisy to shut so you can hear all doors.

Stylish boutique hotel in good location 10 minutes walk from main railway station in Seville. Very helpful staff. Very good breakfast with fresh orange and good coffee.

Cooked elements of breakfast were disappointing. Scrambled egg, bacon and mixed veg were all disappointing. Swimming pool was more of a paddling pool on the roof.

Comfortable hotel in the city center. Clean rooms, cleaned daily. Very nice and helpful staff. Parking is 4 minutes walk from the hotel. We were satisfied

Tiny room that was far from the city centre with views of the apartments next door so no privacy

The location was wonderful and our room had a glorious view of Las Setas. The room was extremely comfortable and the bed felt luxurious to sleep in. There was so much attention to detail…. Even a note welcoming us by name with chocolates. Facilities were excellent. Breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked to order with a wide selection of buffet options also. A small pool with a view was a great relief from exploring in the heat. Staff were friendly and helpful. Possible one of my favourite hotels ever!

Nothing. One minor issue - there were coffee making facilities in the room but no milk sachets/cartons provided for those who like white coffee.

Great location 10 minute walk to the cathedral and other main attractions!, quiet neighbourhood, clean hotel, spacious rooms and comfortable beds. We didn't pay extra for the breakfast so no opinion on that. The pool might be small but it's ideal after a long day walking around the city in the heat to cool off!!! Very helpful staff too.

Even though smoking was allowed at the roof terrace/pool, there was no ashtray or a bin to throw away the liter.

The staff is incredibly friendly, the infrastructure feels brand new, and the room was super comfortable. Honestly, I’d rate it a 10 out of 10.I had a great experience with the staff today. I accidentally left my iPod behind, and just minutes after checking out, they contacted me, helped coordinate with a delivery service, and arranged to send it to my next destination. They were so helpful and kind. I really appreciated that level of care.I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the city!
