Super friendly staff, easy parking, good location at a fair rate

The room was smaller than we expected but still fit in our family for a good night’s sleep

the room was so comfortable, the breakfast perfect - and the staff were so so nice!

Comfortable, spacious (for solo traveller), clean room. Well located for my trip. Staff all polite and helpful.

Shame the pool wasn't open (wasn't communicated anywhere when booking) - 20 degrees at the weekend, a quick swim to cool off would have been nice.Room by the elevator, fairly noisy on Saturday night with people coming and going late in to the night and early Sunday morning.

This location is very good ,outside got Tram and metro station ,nearby the city centre also and a lot restaurant around the corner .Self drive no problem also , hotel got parking area ( extra charge ) or outside got blue line parking area ( extra charge )

Great location next to the tram and train stations. Very clean room and excellent breakfast with a wide variety of items. Would certainly come back.

Room was large and also both beds. It was equipped with everything. Location is perfect! Near metro, tram and bus stops.. and also there are lots of shops nearby. Staff where very friendly. Highly recommend.

Room size was decent, we had a the Junior Suite which was perfect for our family as we had a king size bed and a sofa bed in the living space which was separated by a sliding door.

We had a room street facing and the Tram kept waking us up. We have 2 kids so the noise was frustrating. The room also needed a little more TLC, very plain walls and dull furniture.

Great location with parking (€18/night), friendly staff and a decent selection at breakfast. Orange juice that actually tasted of oranges (we're in Seville after all).

Shower head in room 501 was broken, spraying water out of the fitting and on the ceiling and walls outside the shower. Cleaning staff forgot to give me a bath towel on the first night.

Very comfortable and clean room. Hotel and staff were great. Good location by a transport hub and the airport bus stopped right by the hotel.

It was slightly noisy on the weekend evenings.

Very friendly staff and reception. Clean and sufficiently large rooms. Breakfast is fine and very broad offer of cold and warm items. Housekeeping is done very well every day, always a nice and clean room to come back to.

The outside (and there is only an outside) pool is not heated, and it is of very limited depth (0.6m - 0.9m). The breakfast only starts at 7.30, which is probably fine in Spain but as my training started at 8h30, I would have prefered 7 am.

I generally give 10 in a review rating if the accommodation actually has the facilities described in the room. Hence it is really important to look at what each accommodation is offering and decide for yourself if this is what you are after. Not the fact that I have rated the accommodation 10. I am not looking for 5 star luxury either. When I travel for holidays I am looking for really basic amenities.Front desk were helpful. The location was good for me as I enjoy walking. The tram is outside the door along with a train station. Supermarkets are close by. I also made use of the laundromat about a block away located as part of the petrol station as opposed to the one across the road. Very clean and simple to follow instructions. There are no coffee facilities in the room. However you can purchase coffee from reception.

The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and very nicely decorated.

Possibly a bigger pool and outdoor area.

The smallest double room in a 4 star hotel I've ever stayed in! Even though we've booked a 22 sq m room, in reality we got a room of maximum 10 sq m. At the reception they told us that all double rooms are the exact same size :(Outdated room and hotel design. Plastic glasses and empty minibar in the room (at least strange, for a 4 star hotel).Impossible to keep the windows open at night because of the noise from the nightclub over the street.

The property was situated close to a tram stop and overall was very comfortable and good value
