Location: very close to bus station that has localRoutes and outside of Seville routes. Very close to mercadona which is a very big supermarket. You can buy paella at the supermarket and heat it up with their microwave. It is also walking distance to seville central. Everything is a short walk away. Check in was very easy and smooth. Breakfast was good. A lot of sweet bread. Very typicalOf spanish breakfast

Heated towel rail is not working. Also, the airconditioning has turned into a heater. It was blowing warm air. Had to open the windows for cool air. Did not enjoy much of the pool because it was cold when we visited seville. Suggestion: please always add toilet sink brush in all the rooms and better choices of pillows.

Location is 15 minutes walk from main attractions.Hotel rooms needs some renovations and the bed sheets are not practical and comfortable.

Breakfast had a good variety and was tasty, staff very helpful.Pillows and beds very confortable.

Wifi in the rooms was atrocious as got cut off many times due to weak signal. I wanted to book a larger taxi as I have 4 large luggages, 2 cabin luggage and 4 persons for Saturday check out. The front desk staff said there are lots of taxis in front that bring us there so don’t need to reserve. On Saturday morning, we went to Check out and there was 1 taxi waiting and just by looking at it, one will know that it cannot fit 4 big luggages, yet the front desk staff asked to try and talk to the taxi driver. Ended up the front desk staff asked us to call Uber. Furthermore, standard room does not have complimentary bottle of water or kettle to boil hot water which was not informed to us during booking.

Clean, modern

AC was broken. Gave out hot heat all night. Could not sleep. Raised a complaint

Great Location which was perfect in relation to the bus station, and less than a 5 minute walk. The hotel was comfy and quiet. Staff were excellent.

The hotel is located in a great area, close to the city center, the historic part of the city, and many of the main attractions. We arrived early and were checked in immediately. There was a pleasant atmosphere, and we also had a New Year’s dinner at the restaurant.

There was no live music during the New Year dinner, and it started relatively late, at 9:00 PM. The main course was served closer to midnight. It would also have been better if water had been provided in larger bottles, as only about 300 ml of water was supplied per day.Additionally, we originally booked a room with one double bed, but we were given a room with two beds pushed together. It was slightly uncomfortable.

The location was okay.

When we got there the hotel was doing some electric work and we could not use the elevators to reach our floor. I had to take our luggage upstairs by hand (not fun).

Room window leaks air and noise, affecting heating.

This was our first visit to Seville and the hotel was a good choice for exploring this beautiful city, with major attractions within half an hour walking distance. Nice enough room. Comfortable bed. Nice view from the river side room.

We arrived late at night and check-in was a bit of adventure - slow, to start with, originally allocated room was not what we indicated as preference. Eventually room on a higher floor was found but we had to change it as the window was broken and did not close - it was noisy and cold in the room. Contrary to earlier advice that the hotel was full, another room on the same floor was available and we finally could take rest, about 1 hour later than planned.

The rooms were clean, and the housekeeping staff were friendly and polite. The breakfast was sufficient, and if you ask the waiter, they prepare a fresh omelette of your choice.

We had difficulty communicating with the receptionist. Even though we spoke English, it was almost impossible to understand what was being said. The staff member appeared tired and uninterested, which made us feel uncomfortable.The rooms were very small, and the bed made strange noises, which affected our sleep quality. Additionally, the rooms facing the street were extremely noisy, making it hard to rest properly.Overall, our stay did not meet our expectations.

I don’t understand the modern hotel designs where the bathroom is not fully separated from the room. The sink is outside of the toilet, so if you have to wash your hands in the night and turn the light on, you wake up the other person. It was quite loud from the outside even with the closed window and even though we got a quiter room. I had to use earplugs (my husband didn’t care, so it is a problem only if you are light sleeper as I).

The location was great and right next to car park

It wasn’t really dog friendly when we checked in I asked where we were allowed to take our dog and she said everywhere except the restaurant which is fine but when we came down later another member of staff said dogs were only allowed in our room so with no offer of room service we did not eat in the hotel that evening nor for breakfast
