Hard to find

Breakfast was plentiful- plenty of selection and a nice variety of items. Staff was very welcoming and helpful with recommendations and making reservations. The property was very quaint and relaxing courtyards throughout- giving a very European atmosphere

Bed was not comfortable at all. Room was very adequate and bathroom was plenty comfortable

Everything, interesting building and contents, rooms clean and pleasant, breakfast excellent, staff welcoming and very informative.

In winter, the breakfast room is small and cramped... best to come early.

The staff was incredibly helpful and supportive when I became ill. They arranged for an emergency medical visit, and checked constantly for any needs. I am so very grateful to them.

Amazing hotel. Every room is unique. This is my second stay and I would love to come back. This time our room had a little patio. The beds are comfortable, good air conditioning, quiet, clean, good shower. The location is a 5 min walk to the Cathedral.

Great quiet location however within a minute you were close to bars restaurants et al. The hotel was a wonderful experience boutique and quirky but excellent.

Nothing immediately comes to mind it was good.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful during a difficult situation -- the Great Iberian Blackout. There was no power and no wifi. Our outgoing flight was cancelled, and we were able to stay two more nights as they had cancellations from guests who could not get there. Good breakfast offering. The property itself is charming, with courtyards and open air patios. This might be the most fun neighborhood for tourists. Many tabernas and cafes around the corner. Short walk to the cathedral and alcazar. Very convenient.

Location and the overall ambience of the hotel. Good and comfortable communal area. Nothing to add.

Our only grope was at the start of the stay the room was a little cold at night and there was no heating, as the hotel had switched the heating system to air conditioning. Could have done with another chair in the hotel.

Brilliant location on a quiet street slap bang in the centre of town. Beautiful hotel and building and the staff were very helpful

Very traditional. Very clean. Great staff.

There was a smell of drains in the bathroom of the room. But the bathroom was very clean.

It was so beautiful. Very good location. Helpful English speaking staff. Great breakfast.

No storage space for clothes except a wardrobe. So had to keep everything in case except hanging clothes.

Hotel location was perfect, 5min walk to Cathedral so very central for everywhere. Room was lovely with everything we needed. Staff at hotel were excellent too, it was my birthday and also gave me a bottle of bubbly which was a lovely touch. Highly recommend the hotel id definitely stay there again.

On a quiet street but in an excellent central location , Gorgeous, clean hotel, with lovely decor and super comfortable rooms..

This was a repeat stay. I like this hotel for its handy location, and the staff are very kind.
