Hotel Alfonso XIII, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Seville

Excellent location.

Beds were uncomfortable and squeaked very loudly. The walls are also very thin and the family staying next door was extremely loud.

- One of the most visually gorgeous hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Visually pristine and stunning. Make sure to take the hotel tour.- Staff was exceptional: friendly, accommodating and catering to every need.- Rooms are comfortable and Byredo products are a very nice touch.- Bar Americano was a nice place to wind down with a cocktail after a long day of sightseeing.

- Our own issue, but the first night was so incredibly hot because I couldn’t figure out the heating system. - Chromecast or streaming services didn’t work on the TVs, were left to either watch the news or else my laptop.

Everything in this hotel was just flawless! From the minute you step in, the entire staff (too many to mention!) takes such good care of you. You feel so welcome the day you check in and until the day you check out. Room was quiet and very comfortable. Housekeeping was super and a special shout out to the bell hops who were always so helpful and friendly:-) Loved chatting with them every day! The on site restaurant was amazing and the jazz in the American bar was perfect to end the day! We were there to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay:-) This is hospitality at its finest! Bravo!!

The hotels billing department is so incompetent! They put a hold of $2700 by mistake after we checked out and it’s still not resolved! It’s been six weeks since we checked out and even after multiple messages and assurances, nothing has changed. They just keep kicking the can down the road! Booking.com has not been any help either! All of the wonderful time we had there has been tainted because of this issue.

The hotel was beautiful, and the location was excellent.

Their tidying of the room was quite slow and sometimes performed too late, occurring only once daily.

The Hotel Alfonso xiii is a gorgeous hotel. Everything was perfect. Staff was accommodating and very attentive all the time. The food is spectacular served in an elegant restaurant. Breakfast had everything anyone could want with a special omelette station. The rooms are exquisitely decorated. Our room was gigantic and had a terrace and a private entrance. We felt like royalty. Very well located, good pool, excellent breakfast

Although some could say it’s part of the charm of the hotel, it uncertain looking very tired. Rooms were too dark, damaged walls etc.

Location was excellent to see sights of Sevilla. Pool was great in the heat. Concierge and staff were very helpful. Clean room. Cleaning service was excellent.

The room was noisy until 11 pm due to proximity to the lounge.

I've checked in on my birthday and no one seemed to notice. Strange as I would think their reservation system should mention it during the check-in process. Room wasn't ready although we arrive after 3pm which was the official check-in time

Location excellent. Everyone at this hotel went above and beyond expectations on every level. Room large and clean. Our daughter fell poorly on the trip and they did everything to make things as easy as possible for us. Excellent service.

Great location and amazing building

Pool and gym tucked away and small. No spa facilities that we could see. Decent but not exceptional breakfast. Air con in room didn’t work despite multiple calls to get it fixed.

Such a lovely hotel right in the heart of the city. We had a terrace looking out on to the city and everything about the hotel and the staff was wonderful.
