Enjoyable visit to Seville. Central Hotel with good facilities and very friendly staff.

Nothing not to like.

The design was contemporary well thought out, with all the facilities that you would expect from a 5* hotel. But what really made the difference was the staff. They are all excellent. From the moment we arrived and door-man parked our car, to the check-in and the check- out for that matter, literally everyone we came in to contact with was super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Congratulations, service was consistently brilliant

It was a very nice hotel to stay in, close to all modes of transportation, restaurants and cafes, and a grocery store.we had a comfortable stay.

The hotel is in one word - AMAZING -It’s super modern, clean and the attention for detail is insane!

But… we were there for the marathon of Seville. We arrived Saturday, night before marathon. We ordered the poke bowl, eggs Benedict with salmon and ceasar salad via room service. I instantly disliked the flavor of the eggs Benedict with salmon and stopped eating after one bite. My husband ate the poke bowl and got VIOLANTLY sick, all night. Fair enough to say, he missed the whole marathon. The whole reason we flew out there. He called the lobby the next day and they were “taking it into consideration” when he asked for a solution. Monday at check out they did take the poke bowl off of the check, but still not even “we’re so sorry that happened to you” - which would’ve been the least to say/do.So, one tip. Eat out. Skip room service.

The hotel has a beautiful design, the room was very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

We got soaked in the rain and could not dry anything. Bathroom needs a heated towel rail.The balcony furniture cushions were on the chairs so again it rained and then the sun came out but we could not sit out. I feel they should be stored inside.It would have been nicer to have been nearer the historic town and more central but it was perfect for us and a good price.

The staff were brilliant very polite and very helpful. The room/hotel was very clean. The bar was very nice and the food in the restaurant was 10/10. The bed was massive and extremely comfortable. 20min walk to the old town or 5 minute taxi. Taxis are always waiting outside so very convenient. Would recommend this place to anyone.

I loved everything about the hotel. It was clean, spacious and felt really comfortable from the moment we arrived. There were so many amenities and thoughtful touches, they even provided a hair straightener which I’ve never seen before in a European hotel.the man in the lobby with the short blond hair in so sorry i don’t catch his name, he told us he lived in birmingham for a year was so lovely he made our stay amazing and was the highlight of the only you hotel. we said hi to each other every time we passed the lobby.It’s honestly rare for hotels in Europe to offer so many complimentary extras. They had everything you could possibly need, from complimentary sweets in the lobby to a full range of essentials like a dental kit, razor kit and vanity kit. You’re completely covered even if you forget something at home, which made the whole stay feel effortless and well thought out.

it was a bit out of the way about 25 min walk from centre but hotel was so good and staff so friendly we didn’t mind

Brilliant location, nest the train station - so easy to get the bus or tram into the centre. In a shopping/residential area so restaurants very authentic and fantastic quality.

Excellent service and friendly staff. The hotel was beautifully maintained with a modern, boutique atmosphere and all the facilities you’d need. Breakfast has a great selection, as well as an in house barista

Location was brilliant for returning our hire car to the station. Also for catching the bus to the airport as the bus stop was just outside
