    Pros +

    • We liked our room
    • Great for the price
    • Good location, delicious breakfast, good parking. Stuff at the reception desk were also very velcoming and friendly with fluent speaking english and valuable information provided for out stay.

    Cons -

    • The staff was very rude.
    • We booked 2 separate rooms, and the second option (single room) vas at the different part (I would say older part) of the hotel. That room had problems with heating and was bad overall.
    • The decoration needs a big renovation, it seems we are back in the 90s when Seville was popular due the Expo. Some of the rooms are far away by a dark and "scary" corridor from the lifts, so if it is a long stay it could turns uncomfortable to walk many times that way. For +300 rooms hotel do not serve at least dinners seems a bit strange, taking in consideration we are by a 20 minute walk from the center.Staff seems unreachable very busy.More living areas.

Great location, good breakfast, friendly staff that were super helpful in relocating me and helping me find a missing belonging

    8HindPosted on: 1-20-2026

Very well located, good experience overall, the restaurant and room service are very good

The walls between the rooms were too thin, to the point that we could hear the people next to us snoring in the middle of the night, which was a bit uncomfortable.

Location , confortable room , very nice staff.

Everything good wish the room had coffee maker .

    10StevenPosted on: 1-19-2026

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is gorgeous and a lot of work and care has gone into it. The location is very central. The breakfast was well prepared and had many amazing choices.

The only thing that comes to mind is that the floors seem very thin; we could hear the people above us very easily, especially when they dropped anything or walked heavily.

Lovely reception, very professional staff, excellent breakfast

Noise between the rooms, as the walls are not completely isolated

Location was really goodHotel interior and view from our room was exceptionally goodVery friendly staff

    10JimPosted on: 1-10-2026

The room was very nice with a view of the city from the top floor. Location was across from a section of the old city wall and was reasonably convenient. Staff was very helpful 24/7, breakfast was very good.

The walls are thin, which seems common in Spain. We could hear noise from the next room and the hallway but it was not very loud. Noisy neighbors could be a possible problem. While we found the location very convenient it is on the other side of the old center city from the major big-time attractions. But for food and drink there is a good selection closer than that.

    Location

Breakfast staff dont value guests. And long queue at reception

    6LisaPosted on: 12-2-2025

The Hotel was beautiful, the staff was very helpful and friendly. It was fairly close to everything if you were up for a good walk and if not there were always taxis outside.

While the Hotel is Beautiful, Historic I would say, it is showing its wear. What was once a definite 4 or even 5 star is now a 3 maybe 4. The Breakfast is expensive for runny eggs, weak machine coffee and store bought pastries that I’m sure are bought in bulk. They advertise Room Service , however when you ask about eating in the Dining Room you’ll find they only open for large tour groups. Please don’t get me started on the beds!! Omg In my youth I’ve slept in hostels with less lumpy beds. The cleaning staff does and excellent job I must make mention again.

Friendly and helpful staff. Quite good location to explore the old city. The place is accessible from the EA airport bus (you would need to walk, yes).

There is mold in the bathroom they tried to hide under the sealing compound, but it was stronger.

Excellent hotel with a good bus service just outside. Lovely terrace.

Pool had closed even though it was 31C

    1JonelPosted on: 10-21-2025

It was old and ugly, not like in pictures

Location very far from places what you must see in SevilleWhen I did reservation they reserv two times the price of my stay! Then they charge me one time of the total cost, but still even today ( 7 day) holding my money!Check in said they dont hold! Booking said no the hotel holding your money! So still is the same situation!I tool Radisson Collection in the best location and I left this hotel first day!!!Dont go there!!!

Great location. Nice people. Good room size

Noisy, I could hear a snoring guy from the next room. Some details are outdated, scratched doors and forniture, noisy bed, no gym.. I'd say 3 stars rather than 4.

    8Sum Y.Posted on: 10-12-2025

Helpful staff, Comfy beds, big bathroom and there are big big mirrors in room

    AC is not cool enough

    7ChristinePosted on: 10-9-2025

Price was right. Location was great for the stuff we were doing while in town. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good.

Water pressure was awful. Maybe because we were on the 5th floor? We had family on 2 & 3 that said there pressure was fine. Airconditioning was confusing and not cold enough. There were little ants in our bathroom on the counter and floor.

Lovely staff. Comfortable beds with good breakfast.. Good location too
