A very good 2 stars: good location. Easy to get to downtown by bus. Parking is safe.

The hotel is difficult to locate ... few indications. The apartment is big enough but needs some maintenance ... i.e. drain of the washing machine was running. The kitchen is clean and the minimum required for cooking is available.

​What you see in the photos is what you get: the room is clean and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. However, keep in mind that the hotel is a bit dated and not very modern. Since we visited in winter, it was very cold upon arrival.

​The heating only works when you are in the room, so it took over two hours to warm the space up to 20°C.

Really super helpful and friendly staff. We had a little bit of an issue with the heating in the room and also needed extra blankets one day which was quickly sorted for us. The staff were also really accommodating regarding our luggage that needed to be stored for a few hours on our departure day and they also called and organised a taxi for us.

It would have been preferable if the heating would have been on for a little bit before we arrived in the room. It was bitterly cold and we had to have it on all of the first night which is not ideal. It just would have made the initial arrival feel a bit more comfortable.

Hotel had kitchen, in nice neighborhood. Parking readily available on street.

Bright and spacious apartment. The apartment, including beds was comfortable, including the beds. Free and easy car parking is provided. Swimming pool is great when open. Occasional noise from neighboring apartments.

Unfortunately there were cockroaches in the kitchen at night. The weather was very hot and it was end of the season. The reception provided pesticide spray but it didn't resolve the problem. The previous visitor was smoking and the smell persisted in the first day.

I am disabled and I was pleasantly surprised there was a bath tub. I had been traveling nonstop from Boston US thru Portugal and by bus into Seville, all with my cane and a suitcase and backpack. I was able to take a swim and soak in the bath after, best medicine for sore achy muscles and bones. Thank you so much for that benefit.

I could not figure out how to adjust the tempature and it was cold but compared to the blue blistering hotness outside, did not care ALL that much.

The service was incredible! The lady at the reception was exceptionally helpful after we had made a mistake with our reservation. She solved our issue at no extra cost and she was super friendly.The place is perfect, clean, and the location is great for early flights.

The apartment was really clean and the kitchen was well stocked in terms of utensils. Both the hotel and apartment was nicely kept and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. Although the location is out of the city, it’s close to multiple bus routes which were really easy and affordable to use.

The bed was comfortable although a little rickety/flimsy but it didn’t impact my sleep.

Really helpful reception desk staff. The room was air conditioned, very clean and comfortable. There was a small kitchen, dining table, tv and sofa in a separate dining/lounge area, with bedroom separated by sliding doors. Quiet and cool in high temperatures. View over well maintained gardens. Overall it was a very good experience.

Not much! It's not the height of modernity in terms of furniture/furnishings but very functional with everything we needed.

About 30 minutes by bus into seville

Close to the airport and there were plenty of places near to the apartment to get food - even late on as our flight was delayed and we ended up getting there later than expected. Good facilities and it was clean and quiet. The outside part of the building was also great. The swimming pool was not open, but the grounds around the property were quiet and well kept. The lady at reception was really helpful and it was very accommodating to people who arrived late from the airport. We got an Uber from the airport for about £11 - much cheaper than the airport taxis. If you were staying longer, there is a little kitchen in the apartment which is also really useful.

In the room I was in, the hot water lasted for 15 minutes, most likely in the heater and it needs to be cleaned or replaced. It's fine for one person, but if for two, it will be uncomfortable.

We just stayed the night so we could easily get to the airport. East Seville is a pleasant neighborhood but not close to any major tourist sites. The studio apartment was lovely and it was easy to get an Uber to the airport.

Clean tidy and central, Cafe/Bars/Restaurants . Bus stop round the corner , goes to Central Seville, we visited The Palace, Cathedral and more stunning with the sweet smell of the Orange Blossoms, we downloaded the Cabify App, which worked for us if we didn’t want to get the bus back. Enjoy beautiful place

Comfortable apartment good location friendly staff excellent value for money

We had a pleasant stay but more importantly, all the people at the reception throughout our stay were very customer friendly and helpful. They all went beyond the call of duty at one time or the other, all 3 of them. So it's clear that's their culture. Really wonderful people. Location is not too far from the airport. Good restaurants close by, the kitchen just had everything I needed to cook my meals. It was really a good place to pull back into every night.

The heater in our room seems to have been timed or automatically regulated so it went off every 20mins or so and one would need to go and restart it. That wasn't very interesting at night, although the bed was comfy and the duvet helped, one just wanted to be sure the room was warm all through the night. It wasn't bad enough to keep us awake though.

Super nice apartment with very nice entry. Very friendly personnel and very helpful.
