Beautiful hotel in excellent location

Parking garage was confusing, had to walk up 4 floors. A bit expensive also for overnight parking. But driving and parking in Seville is insane, so at least we had the garage.

Location is right in the center of what you want to see and within easy walking distance of many excellent restaurants. Room was spacious. Breakfast was delicious and had lots of options.

Eggs at breakfast were probably powdered and not tasty. Our room was very clean but there were some small bugs in the air.

The hotel is central to all attractions and there are many good restaurants and tapas bars around to satisfy all. The hotel is very clean and the staff is the best you can wish for. The breakfast is good and if it wasn’t for the leaky shower and the bathroom handle being broken, it would have been absolutely perfect. Keep up the good work guys!

Breakfast variety could be better

The bed was huge. I think it was a california king sized bed. And the place was very clean. And the location is good too

Location very central and near to places of interest. The hotel is very clean and the staff are welcoming and helpful. There is a good variety of options for breakfast.

There was no water fountain for filling water bottles. More UK channels on tv needed. Milk for tea not provided in the rooms. Hot food was lukewarm at best. If it cannot be kept hot then maybe allow the use of a microwave. Being on the second floor overlooking the street we were woken up in the early hours every morning by a vehicle very loudly going up/down the pedestrian street.

Short walk to cathedral. Its clean and all functional. Breakfast is good

Room 106 was very nice and plenty of room. The beds were comfy and firm. The bathroom was very nice and the shower was a good size. The "courtyard" is used for breakfast. The coffee machine uses capsules and once you work out the latch on top, it makes good coffee.

Driving in the old town is not easy.

My room window was into the inside of the hotel so it was dark in the room. On the other hand, I was not spending a lot of time inside, so not a big deal.

We loved the location, the room was perfect and the hotel and staff were wonderful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Seville. Easy access everywhere and great restaurants just outside your door.

Maria at reception was excellent and extremely helpful! You don't see that kind of customer service at all these days! She is a gem! Always friendly and helpful

Nothing to not like

Room was clean and location was very good.

The room was a bit small and faced the courtyard.

This hotel is in a really great location. So easy to get to (25 mins by taxi from the airport, and 20 mins in a taxi to the train station). It's in the old town so there is loads to see and do very close by! I felt very safe walking around this area even at night. The hotel itself was very nice, the main atrium is very pretty and it was very clean. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and helped me look up some information about my train journey and printed off a ticket for me.

I think the building itself may be a little old, or perhaps I was a little unlucky with my particular room, but the walls were very thin, so from my room I could hear people coming into the hotel and talking in the lobby, as well as being able to hear taps/showers etc. from neighbouring rooms very clearly in my room. I would recommend earplugs for sleeping, I used these and slept well. On a few occasions the drains / toilet in my room smelled unpleasant even though they were clean.

I liked everything about the hotel from the very friendly staff, we were given a free upgrade, lovely soft towels, big walk in shower and really comfy beds.The hotel was in a great location waking distance from all the sights.

Great location, very clean, wonderful staff, good breakfast

Parking is very difficult, with police closing off access to city center in the afternoons and evenings during busy season. Shower noise from other rooms tend to be very noisy, and wakes you up.
