Beautiful space, the area is wonderful, our view from the room was gorgeous. All the amenities in the room were good. Since it was my birthday they had a bottle of champagne.

Exceptionally clean, very central. Staff very efficient. Loved the soft touch communication via WotsApp. Standard Double was perfect for 4 nights as quite small. But kettle, fridge, coffee machine were an absolute boon.

For the very reasonable price, cannot really think of any problem

Someone on reception until 6 in the evening. Antonio helped us with our bags and gave us lots of great local information.

We liked everything, but it would be even better if the room had some chairs to be used while eating.

The location was perfect, it was clean and comfortable the perfect lace to head out to the city

The separate kitchen area that closes off was a nice place to put our sons pack and play. It was decently quiet for how busy the street was. The host was kind.

The bed was so uncomfortable that I didn't sleep properly either night. The room was so small and cramped compared to what the photos represented. The hotel was very hard to access as there is not a street nearby that cars can drive down so we had to lug our suitcases and baby down the busy street on a Saturday night. There was a terrible smell of sewar gas in our room the entire time. It met the basics for a place to sleep but nothing more.

Too many emails ..There was an awful drain smell didn't notice it the first night but second night it was a really strong smell

Excellent location, beautiful and spacious room. They allowed us to have the room earlier, very attentive staff.

The uber had to leave us two blocks away from the property because it’s located in a pedestrian area, it was a bit hard to carry two luggage and help my elderly Mum.

It’s close to the main sights and also near different restaurants and shops! The staff was also very helpful when I asked for assistance getting a cab booked to the airport.

Room was modern and clean, with a fridge, sink and microwave. Only one UK TV channel but we don't really watch TV while away so didnt bother us. The bed is huge and pretty comfy. The room could do with a couple of chairs or sofa as no where to sit other than the bed. Shower was good and hot with shower gel, but no shampoo, conditioner etc. Pretty good location for shops and the Setas. Not a hotel, with the usual facilities but individual apartments, so no restaurant or bar etc, but plenty of places nearby. Parking was nearby and was expensive

Could have done with some comfy chairs to sit it, as if you cooked anything you would have to sit on/in the bed to eat it

Location was alright for the train station.

There were no towels in the room. Luckily I had a towel packed in my baggage for the gym. The coffee maker barely worked.

Good location. They give you a code to get into your room, which is better than a card.AC was very good.Bed was large.. I think it was a king!!! Wonderful

Rooms are tiny.Tiny bathroom with nowhere to put your toiletries. Why can't you guys add a small shelf?!No bar soap or wash rag. We use those in America! You could easily add that. If people don't use it, no cost to you.

The hotel is located in a pedestrian only zone so it is difficult to get there with luggage (no bus or taxi access.)

Located right inside the shopping area, good. Grocery shop nearby.My room is at the corner, away from the shopping crowd, is quiet.

Room size is no smaller than other rooms I have stayed but too much space is allocated for bathroom, basin and toilet, making useable space in the room limited. Toilet roller door slides open on its own.

The location is great. In the middle of Sevillas old town. You can walk to the most tourist spots.

Mold in our room. Everything pretty old and used. The price is way to high for the room, we were so happy that it was only one night booked.

Beautiful property. Appreciated it was in the pedestrian only district as it was very quiet. Staff was super helpful. Really enjoyed the mini kitchen too.
