    Pros +

    • Multiple open beautiful courtyards.
    • The rooftop pool in the hot afternoon
    • Super comfortable room, nice mix of older architecture and modern room facilities. Staff were all so helpful and friendly.

    Cons -

    • Crazy Jacuzy style shower- tub!
    • Depending on the room, the walls can be paper thin and we were woken up due to someone taking a shower in the room next door, where you could not only hear the water running, but all the conversations that ensued.
    • Our only dissatisfaction was not the hotel itself but the hotel restaurant. It has an excellent reputation and we ate there on our last evening. The menu was imaginative and interesting, and our meal was of a high quality. But it was a rather lonely experience - we'd booked for 20.30, the earliest we dared book in a Seville restaurant because they only begin to fill much later. However, by about 21.00 we were the only guests left (only two other tables had been occupied when we arrived) and while the food was excellent the experience was not one we enjoyed in the way we did all our others in Seville.

Average. Buffet short on fruit and healthier options. Good pastries if this is your thing. Good coffee.

The property is gorgeous and well-situated, close to many historical landmarks only a short walk away. The staff is incredibly nice, especially at reception.

Depending on the room, the walls can be paper thin and we were woken up due to someone taking a shower in the room next door, where you could not only hear the water running, but all the conversations that ensued.

This was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in and there was little or nothing to fault. The room was their least expensive double, but although as a consequence not very large it was entirely comfortable, perfectly equipped and with an excellent bathroom. The breakfast was included and was excellent - the kind of spread of meats, cheese, cereals, fruit, toast and so on that one would expect but all ingredients were of a very high quality. As were the excellent hot dishes cooked to order. The staff at the hotel were unfailingly welcoming, friendly and helpful. And the building was all that we had hoped for from the descriptions. Finally, the hotel was a mere 5-10 minutes walk from Santa Cruz and only a little more to the Cathedral and Alcazar. We'd recommend the hotel to anyone and would return with pleasure.

Our only dissatisfaction was not the hotel itself but the hotel restaurant. It has an excellent reputation and we ate there on our last evening. The menu was imaginative and interesting, and our meal was of a high quality. Location and private parking

Absolutely not pet-friendly, just a boast on the website to attract customers: far from the standards for pet-friendly establishments in terms of approach and mentality. Also far from a 4-star establishment in terms of service and cleanliness.

Beautiful old palace in the old town. Great location everything within walking distance.Nice and quiet at night. When we asked for a kettle for our room they provided it. Staff very attentive.

    Having to leave!

Beautiful and charming hotel with very friendly staff. Served a lovely breakfast with. The hotel was only a few minutes to the centre of the old town so we were able to walk everywhere. Nice rooftop pool area.

The beds were too firm so not the best nights sleeps but just OK. Due to the layout of the hotels public areas being so spread out sometimes it would take a while to get service. The restaurant at the hotel was expensive in comparison to what you can get in the rest of the city.

Beautiful house in the perfect location. Lovely bedrooms. Friendly professional staff.

    Nothing not to like.

Lovely hotel. Staff were exceptional. My wife broke her ankle so we saw little of Seville but the hotel staff looked after us fantastically and were so kind. Comfy beds. Breakfast good but expensive. Dinner was good too. Roof terrace and pool were lovely

We were in room 10……we could hear the lift which was a bit noisy at times. Other than that nothing we didn’t like.

Amazing, little, butique-like hotel in a historic buulding and walking distance to the city centre. Staff were super-helpful and service was great - both close to a 5* star hotel service. Our highlight was a 100-year-old banana tree in the restaurant patio under which we had our breakfasts ;-)

We liked pretty much everything - gun to head, perhaps breakfast could have been a little more varied.

    8MarkPosted on: 6-23-2025

Great location and architecture of the property. Comfortable rooms and good pool area on the roof.

The service in the evening for the restaurant and drinks was delivered by 2 waiters only. Given the hotel was busy it didn’t seem to be enough.

Location, lovely rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, great service and food.

    9ElizabethPosted on: 5-29-2025

The location was very good, the staff excellent, beautifully furnished spacious room. Everywhere was very clean and the food a decent standard.

The noise from the pool area above our room woke us up every morning.

    10TamaraPosted on: 5-16-2025

Beautiful architecture. Lovely room. Gorgeous roof top pool. Fabulous staff

Pool area very small and only a few sun loungers.

    8AnnePosted on: 5-5-2025

Lovely courtyards, great service, well situated.

    Our room was rather dark.

    9HelenPosted on: 5-1-2025

This hotel is beautiful with the rooms opening out onto a central courtyard. There is a rooftop pool and relaxing/drinking area. It is close enough to the centre to walk but unless you know the city well you will need your map/satnav - lots of narrow cobbled streets. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful (and spoke excellent English). The breakfast was delicious with fruits, juices, meats, cheeses, etc and a cooked option. It is on the expensive side but you get what you pay for. We would definitely recommend it.

    We loved it all
