I stayed at Hotel Inglaterra in October 2025 with my parents. I booked this hotel as a special treat for their anniversary, and it was such an incredible experience getting to stay here. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous - especially the balcony room which had a beautiful view of the cathedral and park below. The staff is professional and went out of their way to help us with our requests (booking a taxi and getting a packed breakfast due to our early train). We didn't get a chance to try the restaurant on the first floor but the breakfast and rooftop bar were amazing! The location of the hotel is second to none. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a romantic and luxurious stay in Seville.

Everything was wonderful.

The location, the size of the room, the quality of the linens and towels, sound proof windows, free drink on the rooftop.

We had some difficulty adjusting the temperature of the room and it was a bit too warm at night.

Bathtubs are so high that they are hazardous for any people..

the concierge is very helpful, I booked a Cathedral de Seville rooftop walking tour at the official website, but I didn't receive an e-ticket by email. I asked Concierge to help me. They contacted the cathedral's ticket office by both phone & email to re-send me an email to retreat my e-ticket. As a non Spanish speaker, they saved me a lot of time and effort to explain the whole situation and fix the problem in an hour, and I got my e-ticket without delaying the tour. Thank you so much.

Excellent location, beautiful hotel with amazing customer service. The view from the balconies and terraza is absolutely gorgeous. Great breakfast buffet.Highly recommended

Disappointing.

We booked a room with a balcony and the pictures showed a view of the cathedral. We were looking at old buildings. Also the staff was not friendly at all.

We were able to seamlessly check out from our tour group room and check in to our new reservation. This increased our time in our upgraded room. The staff sought us out to offer us early check in. The hotel is in an excellent location. The breakfasts are ample and the variety is good. The rooftop bar is a real asset!

All was marvelous!

I had a large, beautifully decorated room with a very large balcony and great view of the city and the cathedral in the distance. Perfect!!

The location is way beyond what you’d expect — almost every must-see spot is within walking distance. Our room overlooks a stunning square. The breakfast is better than anywhere else we’ve been in Europe, but the hotel’s real highlight is its amazing terrace.

The room could be cleaner — the details weren’t really taken care of, but it’s not a big deal.

They had champagne and chocolates in our room for our anniversary!

The Hotel Inglaterra has an excellent location in the old city center. The hotel is located on the Plaza Nueva, just 250 meters from Seville Cathedral. Tram 1 stops at Plaza Nueva if needed. The hotel itself is excellent, quiet, comfortable and clean.

The day we arrived, the water was out in the neighborhood, the staff were a bit overwhelmed which I expected more from for being the level of this hotel but the hotel manager spoke to us and handled the situation well the next day. After that our stay was outstanding.

Hotel Inglaterra is a high end place with classic type of decor very well located in Seville old area close tomajor attractions Their attention to detail is impecable like sending a bottle of champagne to my room on my birthday and preparing a breakfast package the day I was leaving at 7 am to Jerez de la Frontera for a day tripBreakfast is included on the price.

All is excellent, but if you do not like this type of decor and high prices this hotel is not for you.For a solo traveler woman like myself you will be secure at Hotel Inglaterra, my choice for Seville

The hotel and the location were perfect. We were on the 5th floor suite with a terrace. The views were incredible, and the rooms were spotless. The staff were very polite.

Great location within minutes of all major sights, clean and comfortable rooms. The rooftop bar, La Terraza, with 360 degree views of Seville at night is a must visit. Food was not bad either.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing and the same for the three days we were there.,

The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. We felt very welcomed. The room was comfortable and looked out over the plaza across the street from the entrance. The attendant parked our car, no charge, and we were able to leave our luggage in storage the entire next day. Breakfast was excellent in a well-lit dining area.

No complaints.

Centrally located. Beautiful decor and facilities. Staff very attentive.
