Great location in a very comfortable setting - the 2 bedroom suite we had was large and airy with a homey feel - parking garage right under the suites and many shops and grocery stores at walking distance - comfort in a central location

Spacious room

The location and comfortable of the property. The buffet breakfast is delicious and many variety of choices , especially during cold winter weather.

So far all is good .

Clean, reliable, and very friendly staff.Breakfast was very nice.

We booked a double room for myself and my partner, however only had two single beds pushed together.Would have been preferable to have a double beds pushed

That the parking garage says full, but that only applies to non guests. We drove past and found other parking because we thought it was full. We know for next time.

The hotel was in a very central location. Great neighborhood. Very clean hotel. Good staff and cheap beer at the bar. Great stay.

The patio can be loud during the night. So tell the staff to give you a room without the patio look.

Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Decent lounge and reception area.

Everything greeat

I loved size of the rooms, loved how clean it was & all the little details that were included within the room like shower cap, toothbrush etc etc. The hotel was amazing and in a great location.

Location, breakfast and the cleaning was great!

The only thing was that the room was looking into the very small courtyard and to the other rooms. It was dark inside.

Beautiful hotel interior with a woody, natural feeling decor and finishes. The rooms are neat and clean and the bathrooms have luxury finishes.

Nobody explained the A/C controls to me, and it doesn't turn on unless the windows are bolted shut. The shower ran a bit hot and cold if other people were using water pressure. The room service made my bed, but forgot clean towels and when I rang at night for towels, the reception person said "but you must wait for 11pm". I had to stay awake for a towel! The reception lady was a bit too formal and unfriendly and in general the service was a bit impersonal. The hotel is located outside the city, in an older area called Triana, which is across the bridge from the main centre. This means getting taxis and ubers is a bit hit and miss. They are doing many road reconstructions in the area, so access is bad, especially during festivals like 3 Kings. But overall a good option for a stay in Seville.

Nice hotel but had asked for a room with a view and didn’t get it. Staff weren’t super friendly.

Large room, very clean, excellent breakfast and services from the staff. Good location, 15’ walk from the center and 1’ walk from a car-free area with several restaurants.

Great location in Triana a short walk from all the major attractions of the city. Excellent facilities with the rooftop pool being much appreciated. Staff were exceptional.

Lovely property , great staff especially at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner . Location great about 10 min walk into the town across bridge .We stayed here in June and returned as we enjoyed it soo much . Clean and functional hotel .

Loved the hotel, Triana was a great location to stay in. The bars/restaurants were excellent with great quality food, drinks and service. Would highly recommend. Seville was a safe city to walk around and the locals were very welcoming. Loved everything about it apart from the weather which was stormy ⛈️ to say the least!

The torrential rain snd no sunshine was a downer but there’s not much can be done about that!
