Vincci La Rabida Hotel

The staff went over and above! Especially in assisting us at check in to get a nicer room. Everything we needed was attended to promptly. We can't think of a time that we've received better service from a hotel of any number of stars! The location!

Location was Convinient. Breakfast was very good. Staff was super helpful.

Rooftop bar is wonderful. All staff were helpful and friendly.

At night the street is a bit dark until you reach the hotel which is in the middle of the block

The hotel is very pretty, room was great, staff was good and the breakfast was also great.

The location is kind of a pain to get to by car and the parking situation is pretty expensive.

Excellent location. Good customer service. And most importantly very clean. Everyone was very nice, helpful and professional.

Amazing breakfast as always at Vincci Hotels

The receptionist was not professional, didn't give any info unless asked, just the number of the room. The room was very basic and with plenty of warnings or other messages everywhere which gives anxiety.

Staff is extremely professional and welcoming, they clearly take excellent care of the facility and if guests. Breakfast buffet was definitely worth the additional price.

Our bathroom had some smell odor coming out the plumbing. That was the only downside of our experience here.

There were ants in the night table Too noisy from the neighbors, felt like if they were inside our room.There was no ventilation in the bathroom and it had a bad sewer smell.

It says 4 star hotel but it should be 2, the room was really small and noisy, water sounds from pipes, also constant noise from restaurant, one of the lady at reception was really aggressive i didnt get why i only asked if possible we would like to have double bed, maybe she gave the worst room on purpose, other staff was nice. Dont expect comfort, bed was cheap and terrible.

Location is more than convenient for anywhere in the historic center and Triana. Staff was very kind, arranged a nice room decoration for our anniversary. Standard double room size was very good, bed was comfortably firm. Kettle in the room was handy.Nice rooftop bar with the Cathedral view. Authentic building in a beautiful and very quiet street. We would stay there again.

Hardly anything critical. The door in the room was a bit loose, so was a bit noisy from the reception area (inner well), good to wake us up.A coffee machine would be also handy.

Liked it all; BUT room needs more lighting!

The room was unexpected upgraded and was exceptional. The location is prima, a 15-30 mins walking distance to places that we wanted to visit. Public transportation is also in reach.

The room was just above the services entry. Quite noisy when staffs moving carts with dirty sheets or others.

If you want an excellent place to stay, with this option you will not be wrong. The location is perfect. The room is amazing, but the bathroom is unbelievable. Highly recommended. The roof top serves great food and the view at any time is incredible, mainly the sunset.

The rooms were very nice and breakfast was very good. The bar was also nice. Having them organize car service to the airport when we checked out was a bonus.

Dinner service at the restaurant our first night was pretty inattentive even though there was hardly anyone there. They did make up for it and also gave us a small complimentary starter. Breakfast service the next morning was very slow - either understaffed or overwhelmed. Despite that the staff were very very nice.
