Central to all interesting areas of the city. Clean, spacious, quiet standard room, not facing the street. Great bathroom and shower. You feel beautifully cocooned in your room. Corridors are really quiet and softly lit. Bikes available. Friendly, helpful staff. Roof terrace gives a great view.

Very little to no natural light in public areas. Decor lacking in character, despite designer ‘nods’ to past times. The courtyard is a concrete centrepiece that could do with some plants and a little life. Pity pool isn’t open in February as it was lovely sunny weather.

The room was far too warm and the hotel informed me they they only have heating in the rooms and they informed me that the system only heats - room temp. was 25C

We had a lovely week in Seville. The hotel is extremely smart and clean, and the staff were very helpful.

The only suggestions I have is that I would have preferred more gluten free options at breakfast, and fresh milk in the room instead of UHT.

The air conditioning

Very spacious room. They gave me a STAR GUEST without my request. I got a free upgrade for the room, free breakfast and free bar coins. Great experience. The location is just exceptional. Everything is a walking distance from the hotel.

The location of the hotel is excellent, the staff are very friendly and the hotel itself is modern, clean and wonderfully decorated. They were also very welcoming of my small jack russel and he was very happy with his dog bed and dog bowls in the room, a very nice touch :)

Unfortunately, the room itself was quite warm, despite being late January and being nice and cool outside, on opening the room window, no air flow came into the room so we could not cool the room down. So despite being winter, we slept in 27 degree temperature all night which wasnt very comfortable. We asked about the air conditioning but was told at this time of year it isnt functional. Sad to rate the hotel down because it was otherwise an amazing find, but it was too warm in the room.

We had a problem with the air conditioning, which proved not to function, the room temperature raised to 27 dgr. The solution was - yes we know , open the window… I would expect different answer .

Comfortable bed, silent room, choice of pillows, good and helpful staff

Breakfast is not worth the money, there are cheaper and better options in the city

All members of the team were extremely helpful and professional. We were lucky enough to be selected as ‘star guests’, we received a room upgrade along with other additional benefits. Excellent standards throughout the hotel, high quality food, housekeeping and customer service.We are looking forward to our next visit.

Room was comfortable, clean. Free coffee and afternoon snacks in the lobby was much appreciated. Staff were friendly and polite. Hotel was close to many restaurants in the middle of Seville

The bathroom. It was an interesting layout and we complained about the shower which leaked over the floor and then was never seen to. For the price of the hotel and the fact the shower leaked every time that was not good value for money.

very convenient for the town centre. staff were very polite and helpful. very dog friendly complimentary treats and bed provided goes a long way in our book

The car park was a little far away and awkward to find, the staff need to explain it a little clearer how to find it, but not a big issue, make sure you drop your luggage off before parking!

The property was very modern and clean. The rooms were nicely furnished and the view towards the courtyard was nice. They also did a cleaning during the night and prepped the bed for us. The breakfast was very good.

The room was a little bit small. The bed could have been a little bit smaller to make more space to move in.

I didn’t like the system to confirm my booking on line, it took me nearly 6 days, messaging & phonecall. There was no apology on arrival, & no compsensation offered( possibly a free breakfast ?)

Thw tapas bar needs to separate those just having a drink and those who wish to eat.

The location is absolutely perfect. Great breakfast. Nice terrace on top floor. Private parking(GREAT)Nice rooms. Stayed there for 3 nights. With our car. Two Springer Spaniels. Epic.
