Good, quiet location

Having to share with a stranger, and being in a bunk bed

Good location. Active/friendly community feel with planned events daily, good communication with group WhatsApp chat. Cubby in bed space was helpful. Friendly reception.

Mildew smell in bathroom/shower, no ventilation in shower area probably contributed to this. Found both alive and dead cockroaches in kitchen cupboards. The 10bed dorm door had no lock on the door and was on the ground floor right by the hostel entrance, so anyone could enter. Also very loud bc it was attached to common area / reception. The hostel did give me the option to upgrade to a different room, which I appreciated and which may have solved some of the issues, but I couldn’t really afford to pay more for that so wouldn’t have stayed at all if I’d known in advance.

It is very well located and u have different activities to do, the customer service is very good and the facilities are very comfortable, the reception girl named Luisa is a charm.??

It was wonderful the people were amazing and the facilities were better than I expected truly a vibe, all the hostel staff are very professional and accommodating our Chilean receptionist Carolina made everything so easy and intuitive highly recommend this place.

Just a perfect hostel. Central location. Friendly & helpful staff. Place was clean. A little 'aged' here and there but all perfectly comfortable and convenient. A guitar and some simple games in the lobby. A kitchen with all the facilities you may need (and it's clean! amazing when it comes to hostels). On top of all that - they provide free coffee, tea and some small snacks at breakfast and in the evenings they alternate every other day between offering a simple free dinner and offering free sangrias to the guests. And then they also set up different walking tours, flamenco visits, pub crawls etc around town. Absolutely best place, they go above and beyond, especially considering the cheap price! it was only option I have to book according my budget, because my previous hotel was canceled. I dont generally like places like that, may be for some community lovers it will be nice place, but not for me. the staff was nice and they are planning and offering some group activies, so for people willing to participate in group activities and meet new people, this place would be a nice stay.

I booked room with balcony... in reality I got just big window... mattrass was terrible, bouncy rubber like substance. bathroom was from prehistory, not dirty but dammaged, like it was in use for 300 years.

The staff (mostly volunteers) were very kind and inviting, and there were a lot of activities. Good place to meet people, especially if you are very young and don’t mind the mess.

The property was not very clean and the kitchen was crawling with small roaches. There were ants in our room and every bathroom stank of urine. All the cleaning seemed to be done by volunteers, which I find unethical on the business’s part, as well as not effective as far as cleanliness is concerned. I don’t blame the volunteers, I blame the business for expecting a bunch of unpaid hungover twenty-somethings to be able to effectively manage their hostel. Cleaning should be done by professionals imo, volunteers should be responsible for social activities and maybe changing sheets at the most.

I loved my stay at Onefam! The staff and volunteers were so lovely and helpful. They organize great social events with a fun mix of activities, tours, and nights out to suit everyone’s vibe. The environment is also perfect and feels very safe for solo travelers.

The staff was awesome! It’s the best hostel for solo travelers! They organize different free activities every day and post them in WhatsApp group. Hostel has a small inner yard, kitchen, lobby. Everything a good hostel should have.

The mattress on my bed was very old. It was impossible to lie on my stomach. When a person on top of me would move, the whole bed would shake. The shelf by the bed doesn’t fit 0.5l bottle

The location is great, close to the main things, and all the staff is very friendly.

Both doors of the room and of the toilet inside the room make so much noise: everytime that someone entered in any of them, it woke up everybody in the room.The bathtub inside the room was so old that it seemed to have mud and be dirty all the time: It could be renovated.

Absolutely loved the vibe of the hostel, everyone was super welcoming, the main room being the perfect place to hang out, have dinner or do work. Activities were great and staff had great recommendations for breakfast and lunch spots.

Great place to stay right in the historic center. I booked one of the individual rooms with a private bathroom. Small, but functional and clean. The very friendly and helpful staff provided a free evening snack for everyone and then took a whole bunch of guests for a bar hopping tour that also included a free live flamenco show. Free coffee was available in the morning. A very enjoyable experience!
