Hotel La Florida

The hotel is in located in a quiet area but still close to the busy center which is a great advantage. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.There was a refrigerator in the room which I appreciated since many hotels nowadays don’t provide it. Highly recommended for a nice comfortable stay in Sevilla.

They did not have a Santiago de Compostela seal for my Credencial. They should get one.

The hotel is in an excellent location, just a 15-minute walk from the train station in one direction, and about 12 minutes in the other direction to reach the city's main attractions. Very convenient for exploring on foot!The hotel itself is very clean and well maintained. The room felt almost brand new, and the bathroom was both beautiful and spotless, which we really appreciated.The staff was generally friendly and helpful. They allowed us to store our luggage when we arrived before check-in time, which made our day much easier.

However, we did experience one issue during our stay. Since it was a hot summer, the hotel provided a light sheet instead of a blanket, which was fine. But although we were two people (a mother and daughter, not a couple), we were only given one sheet to share. When we politely asked the reception for a second sheet, the staff member refused, saying that because there was one bed in the room, only one sheet could be provided. This policy felt a bit inflexible and disappointing, especially given our situation.

The website led me to believe the hotel had an airport shuttle and was close to the airport. There was no shuttle and it cost 25 euros to get to the hotel. The cab driver drooped me off in the wrong place and I came close to heat prostration finding the hotel which turned out to be just around the corner.That's life and travel.Tom

Everything was perfect and beyond expectation! From arrival, the staff was amazing. She took time to explain everything about the facility, how to get around, and site/venue recommendations. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Location was great, all within walking distance - 20min to the airport by taxi, 10min walk to Santa Justa train station, and close to attractions and bars/restaurants.

Close enough to the centre. Plenty of place to eat nearby.Lovely terrace on Floor 3 where you could relax with a drink. Short walk from the airport bus stop.

Near a busy Road but good double glazing didn’t hear anything at night. Very few Tv channels with a signal.

The hotel overall was very clean, strategically located, close to all the best things in Seville! The staff was extremely helpful and super nice. They gave us recommendations and were always of help and with very positive attitude. We would definitely recommend this hotel ?

This hotel was close to city center and major sites, all within walking distance. Paula at the reception was amazing! she was very helpful and gave us good advice on restaurants and transportation, as well as interesting things to do. She is very efficient and has great attitude!

I wish the hotel could offer breakfast.

Lovely spacious room, nice bathroom, good bed. Very comfortable and well located just a few steps outside the tourist hubbub of Barrio Santa Cruz but still an easy walk to everything. Staff were wonderful.

Very nice hotel in the center. It was clean. Our room was little bit dark but it was ok as we were all day outside.
