Fantastic location , beatiful room with a view, lovely staff.

Location, friendly and helpful staff, nice spacious room, large terrace overlooking plaza,

Full glass bathroom door, door also didn’t stay closed. Breakfast is served at a neighboring hotel “Halo” and was sparse in choices and quantity. Often cold and stale baked goods, hot serving dishes empty and barely warm. We ate at beginning, middle and end of serving time and it was always the same experience.

The location

For elderly people, carrying luggages to the hotel from taxi-stand was very uncomfortable due to distance and unpaved pebble lanes. The breakfast is nominal.

Location was great. Staff were friendly. The room was well appointed and clean.

Breakfast was terrible. It was not located in the hotel but at a sister hotel down the street. Food was cold every morning even when it arrived from the kitchen. There was a poor choice of items and all the choices were not on the table at the same time. For example meat slices were available but no bread or cheese. The coffee machine was slow and the coffee was weak and bitter. In the room there was a sewage smell coming from the shower drain. It stopped when we covered it. In the bedroom there was a green light over a third of the doorway that is bright enough to throw a shadow and the room can never be dark.

Love the location, is centric and Walking distance to main historic attractions. Charming neighborhood with great ambience.

The hotel is near to the most highest visited monuments such as alcazar and la cathedral and the juifs street and other than this everything is a 15 min walking distance in the small streets on Sevilla

We reserved and prepaid two rooms. Our room smelled very bad … maybe not occupied for some time, and sewage smell … maybe from shower drainage. A complaint to staff was dismissed as “ we’ll place a special air filter machine while you are out of the unit”. When we returned, late, basically the a/c had been jacked up necessitating a heavy blanket. We were too tired, it was too late for any more communication with management. Our bed was strangely made with the sheet between comforter and body reversed. I also think that bottom sheet was not exactly clean.

Location was stunning. Hard to find, but that’s Seville! Room was excellent in cleanliness. You Can’t Smoke Anywhere at the hotel. Good tip to know if you are a smoker. But there is a beautiful Square outside you can smoke in

Wonderful location in pretty little square with orange trees

The hotel was in a perfect location within all the historic sights. Quite a busy location during the day with tourists but is quiet after midnight with the exception of the church bells which chime every 15 minutes. Very helpful, efficient staff. No restaurant on site but very nice breakfast in their sister hotel just down the passageway outside. Rooms were refurbished and clean with large comfy beds. The only negative was that they didn't replenish tea and coffee each day, nor wash the cups. On the whole, I would definitely recommend.

The location in Santa Cruz old town is fantastic, 5 minutes walk to the 3 main tourist activities in Seville: the Real Alcazar, the cathedral and La Giralda tower, along with many more. It also has a gorgeous terrace which gets a lot of sun from morning until sunset, no pool so no good when it gets hotter but perfect for us in February to enjoy the sunshine for a bit!All of the staff were really friendly and helpful.

Our particular room 101 on the ground floor opposite reception had too many drawbacks which made our stay uncomfortable. You can hear anything happening at reception, anybody coughing when they started at 7am? We heard it. Cleaners unlocking the cupboard door next to our room going in and out? We heard it.The room smelt of sewage on a daily basis. The room was cold (I suppose only an issue in the colder months).There was a green emergency light which emitted so much light at night we could create shadows. Anybody without an eye mask good luck to you.I don’t think this room is good enough to reserve, however I because of the location and the rest of the hotel being great, I would hope a lot of these issues would be alleviated if we stayed in another room.

Absolutely fabulous boutique hotel located in the beautiful Santa Cruz Neighborhood, the soul of Sevilla is there.The hotel is in a quiet pedestrianised square with bars and restaurants within a short distance.A special thanks to the staff, all of them were incredibly helpful, kindly and professional.

Nothing to say

Nice location in a park courtyard. The room was small but comfortable. Restaurants and bars and sights are in close proximity. The breakfast was held around the corner at partnered hotel, the staff at breakfast was friendly and the food was good. Staff was most accommodating and welcoming.

Hair dryer did the job but wasn’t great. Nowhere to put your suitcase.

Location in lovely orange grove square. Close to cathedral. Large room with terrace and view of Giralda. Lift? All staff helpful.

Shower pressure not great. Small fridge would have been good. Little space to unpack/hang clothes.

Very centric/staff was very helpful-Carlos the Night Auditor was very courteous and helpful.

Parking and finding the place was a nightmare. It is located in the middle of the Historic Center and Google Map gets crazy as soon as you are close enough to the hotel since there is no parking at the hotel. Suggestion-There is a parking lot nearby-do yourself a favor-Google parking near me before you even do the check in. You can always come back for your luggages right after at least to drop them off as soon as you get acquainted with the area. I got to the hotel very late since I had to switch hotels at the very last minute after driving around for 2 hours. The hotel was close and three phones were not being answered… Then I found a sign at the door with very tiny letters which I could barely read since the light outside the hotel was very dimmed where it says that the after hours check in was in a different hotel around the corner…

The location in the old town was excellent. The room had air conditioning. The shower was brilliant.The two Carlos were excellent on reception.

A small fridge in the room is really an essential. The temperature was around 37 degrees, so cold drinks would have been good.
