friendly staff , hotel design - spacious room, meticulously designed with attention to the smallest details and still feel like a home, convenient location - minutes to Cathedral/Alcazar with plenty of restaurants/shopping/flamenco shows...etc.

noise from the living room/foyer area when there's a gathering and there was a large family gathering in the living room every night when i was there. may be better sound block windows can remedy the noise problem??? i was in room 14, just FYI.

Unique character of the property. Very cool older structure with updated features. Location in relation to nearby attractions- minutes to walk to main streets. Friendliness and helpfulness of staff. Indoor sitting area with honour bar was very relaxing

Our room was at street level and the noise coming from car and pedestrian traffic on the cobblestone street coming into the room was more than we would have preferred even with windows closed.

It was a little noisy. Because of the high ceilings and stone floors you could hear breakfast being laid out early in the morning

Breakfast was basic and repetitive, there was a choice to order from the menu but for an expensive hotel I would have expected a full breakfast to be included.Bed was not a full queen, 2 singles pushed together, mattress was very firm.Room very small without space for luggage, no jug or coffee /tea in the room and an option to help yourself ( next door at the sister hotel) but overpriced for a machine coffee and stock standard sweets. If these touches were included as a guest you would feel more comfortable and welcome.The room was dark, the lighting very poor, even in the bathroom.

We had the most wonderful stay, we were upgraded to the penthouse for our second night which was stunning. Rose was so helpful and kind to us. We hope to return again soon!

Amazing hotel perfectly located within walking distance of everything. This place was amazing. Absolutely loved our room which was spacious with a beautiful bathroom which had the most powerful shower. Our bed was super large and comfy. The staff were extremely helpful and helped us book tickets. Would highly recommend

Massage could be organized in room with more space, otherwise it was good.

Excellent location, right in the heart of the old town- although this meant if your room looked out onto the narrow street below, whilst it is a back street, it’s noisy. Lovely hotel, perfect breakfast, extremely friendly staff. I just thought it was massively over priced for what it was. It was double most other places we looked at and we went with it because it was recommended by a friend but you could genuinely find as good a boutique hotel for almost half the price of this one.

Delicious breakfast and brought up to the roof terrace or to your room - whatever you preferred. There was also a small dining room on the ground floor.

Our room had a small window that looked onto a wall but it did have a very nice roof terrace with plunge pool that gave a nice outside space.The bath was in the bedroom which is never my favourite idea.

This was the best and most sweetest place I ever stayed. The staff was beyond helpful and kind. They organized transportation when I arrived and even met me to help me to room. The area this is located is so perfect. Cozy and fun atmosphere. Safe and fun. It was beyond a 10 for everything. Room was just amazing and beautiful!

The hotel is perfectly located for all the main sights whilst being on a quieter street, The staff were exceptional and couldn't have helped any more - the restaurant recommendations were faultless!
