excellent location, quiet street, very quiet room. comfortable beds, lovely bathroom and towels. good internet.

very tiny room especially with 3 beds, all on wheels so move around easily. not possible to get ice or hot water for tea.

Well located near the El Duque square this is a nice place for a short stay. Spacious, clean and comfortable. It has a small kitchenette with utensils to serve already prepared meals. No much equipment for cooking. The Bed and pillows were comfortable. Good shower. The staff was attentive and responded pretty quickly to our inquiries. Good place to stay.

My only issue was that there is a nightclub right underneath the apt and they play music till the early hours of the morning, so if you want to stay here make sure to bring ear plugs.

This is a great place to stay as it is located central to everything! The staff was quick and helpful in responding to our needs! The rooms were comfortable, spacious, had everything we needed for our stay and perfect for our trip as a family! Easy access to get in and out. Would definitely recommend this place and we will be back soon! Thank you!

Room cleaning may improve. Smell in the bathroom (maybe pipe venting).

Amazing room. Amazing location. Really big space and has a homely vibe. The staff helped us online before and throughout our stay. They made a lot of arrangements for us like reserving parking and arrival outside office hours.Big windows and standing balcony.Perfect location for exploring the city on foot.Recommend to reserve parking if you have a car.

It mentioned washing machine but it wasnt there in the room.The double bed was two separate mattress so it was a bit uncomfortable.

I had a bad experience with this property and i don’t recommend this place at all. The staff are not responsive through emails/ msgs and when they do respond after 1000 msgs they respond poorly and do not help. They just dont know anything about client service.

Great location and overall was very aesthetically nice.

The bathroom had a pungent strong smell. We had to keep the door closed at all times and we could still smell it.

Location and cleanliness of the property was good. Service was also nice. The room were neat and clean. Entry and exit were automatic hence we didn't need to wait for staff to provide the keys etc.

We had read that it was noisy at night, but even when the discoteca was open, on Friday, we heard no noise what so ever . Excellent location

It is very difficult to find the apartment! May be helpful to note in your message that it is in between 2 streets and you can not drive on road in front.

The apartment was good, well equipped and the bed was comfortable

However, the smell of the sewage system was too much. Even with the bathroom closed, the smell was very strong in the room. I wish other people would have mentioned this in their reviews

The property was clean, great decoration. You would hear a little bit noise from above floor (showering) but not so much from outside. Both bed and sofa bed were comfortable. We were on the 3 floor.The team was prompting answering and provided extra towels when necessary. Overall it’s good and well located. Easy check in and check out.There’s shower gel provided and air con!!!

We thought that would be nice to have maybe a coffee machine for some kind of coffee pods or a toaster for the bread. That would add bit more of value. Otherwise well equipped. Also there’s no hairdryer. If possible it’s something nice to have when we go abroad.

Centrally located.

The room was dirty and hadn't been properly cleaned properly before our stay. There was mould on the walls. The bathroom stank of sewage. The water didn't go down the drain in the bathroom sink. The Wi-Fi has very poor reception. Even though we booked an apartment for 4 people, this was basically one big room so no privacy. Most plugs weren't working. We were misinformed about parking availability and were only told on the day that they could not book parking for us at the preferred rate. It was an extremely disappointing stay and grossly overpriced for what was essentially a dirty, smelly room.

Impossible to NOT flood the bathroom everytime you shower. Two single beds uncomfortably pushed together instead of one double bed.

It was in a great location. Wish they provided shampoo and more towels. Also the kitchen did not provide coffee or the basics.

Unfortunately, all the negative reviews were true, and we only realized it too late.The smell in the apartment is absolutely unbearable. The moment you walk in, you’re hit with a strong, awful odor coming from the “kitchen” area — we had to keep the front door open just to get some relief. The bathroom is no better: it smells, has visible mold, and is only accessible through the bedroom via a sliding door that barely works.The bedroom itself is poorly equipped: only one small rooftop window, no space to unpack, no lamps, no hairdryer, iron, or any basic equipment. Since even the kitchen utensils were minimal and due to questionable hygiene, we avoided using the kitchen entirely and ate out for every meal.While the location is central in the beautiful city of Seville and theoretically on no traffic street, the apartment is directly above a nightclub, which is very loud on weekends and did interfere with our resting hours.But the worst issue was the incredibly loud noise at night coming from the wall near the AC unit — even though it was turned off. It sounded like high-pressure water was about to burst through the wall. It was impossible to sleep through, and just when you might doze off, it would start again.The hosts (which we never met) responded to our complaint only 14 hours later, by simply explaining that the Haier system performs automatic refills and cleaning, and new machinery is being installed — eventually. That was it.On top of that: broken chairs, a loose toilet lid, no shower shelf, uncomfortable pillows, a TV oddly placed across from the sink, constant fridge noises, no window shades in the kitchen/living area, no view - our apartment was on a rooftop surrounded by moldy walls, which only adds to the overall neglected feeling of the place.Bottom line: If you can’t rest in a place, what’s the point? Sadly, this apartment did not meet even the most basic standards for comfort or cleanliness.

Great location! Clean enough... The noise from the bar on the ground floor was not too loud during the week, but it was more apparent on Friday night.

The smell of sewer in the whole apartment coming from the bathroom. Bathroom needs major remodeling, it’s falling apart. But the smell was horrendous
