    Pros +

    • Bright and comfortable room in small hotel. Great location, half block to Cathedral and Alcazar of Sevilla
    • Everyone was very helpful when booking.com messed up my payment.Found me a room and assisted me with 5 star help!
    • The location was perfect for us as it was right in the heart of the historical center.

    Cons -

    • No service desk
    • Nothing. Everything was perfect for travelers (like us) who just want a clean, pleasant, well located room to sleep in with no frills. Only a bit odd that there was no "front desk" for check-in/out, though remote staff was very responsive on WhatsApp.
    • No onsite staff was something we've not experienced before but the communication on WhatsApp was easy and quick to respond.

Easy to find, good communication with the check in details. Simply furnished rooms, very clean. Quiet location.

No onsite staff was something we've not experienced before but the communication on WhatsApp was easy and quick to respond.

It’s located right on downtown center. No need to travel on transportation. Everything is walking distance.

    4LindaPosted on: 10-4-2025

The hotel was close to everything.

The room was small and basic. The carpet under the bed was filthy. Curtain rod missing a finial. No hotel amenities- no front desk, no ironing board, flat pillows. Very noisy - street noise, garbage trucks, church bell ringing on hour.

It was amazing. So clean and the hotel building had amazing art. The staff was absolutely friendly and wonderful.

    Nothing. Everything was amazing.

    Quiet and super central

    Small room and late breakfast

A great mix of style and comfort! The property was beautiful, the staff incredibly helpful, and three words I almost never get to say with any hotel room: MEMORY. FOAM. PILLOWS. Best sleep I had since I left home.

We used this hotel as a quick stop before getting on a flight home - I wish we had booked this place for the rest of our vacation too!

Misleading Listing – Avoid This PropertyRating: 0 starsREAD THIS BEFORE BOOKINGFirst and foremost, this is not a hotel, despite how it's advertised. These are rooms operated by a third party (Ole Apartments), yet they’re charged at hotel rates. There is no reception, no on-site staff, and no guest services. Check-in is done via an emailed link, and you receive your room key from a waitress at the restaurant downstairs. The listing is extremely misleading. Most of the photos are of the restaurant and not the actual "Hotel/ Building". The roof terrace shown is for restaurant patrons only — not for guests. The rooms themselves look nothing like the pictures: they are incredibly small — so cramped that the door hits the bed when opened. Even by London standards, these rooms are unacceptably tiny.We were assigned a completely different room than the one we booked. When we contacted the operator via WhatsApp, our concerns were met with rude and dismissive responses. No effort was made to address or resolve the issue.During our stay, the restaurant was undergoing renovations — constant noise and dust. We were never informed of this in advance. We returned one early evening to find our room in disarray: beds unmade, blankets thrown around, and used towels dumped over our suitcase. The elevator was frequently blocked by a restaurant trolley full of dirty dishes. Guests had to move it themselves just to use the lift.Despite its central location, this property offers zero value for money. It was a frustrating and unpleasant experience from start to finish.Strongly recommend avoiding this property at all costs.

The best location, really friendly and helpful staff, available for advice by text also e.g. travel questions . Lovely roof top bar!

Stressful checkin no indication of key lock code , lift not working no tea/coffee tray , no cups or teaspoons .dangerous position to boil kettle on top of mini fridge under desk , very small room We loved the location but felt very let down by the title of boutique hotel when there was not even a proper reception .Photos on booking.com show restaurant entrance not hotel entrance thus was very bad misrepresentation. Our phones were not working and thankfully 2 shop workers were able to help out . At a later point we were told the hotel isn’t open on s Monday which was our check in day so booking should not have been accepted . We feel it is very expensive for a room over a restaurant and did not even offer breakfast . I would not even give it a one star and would not stay again

    - close to central city and important tourist places

    - quite small room, too expensive - difficult to identify due to small main entry door - less accuracy of google gps map to find hotel - noise from restaurant at ground floor

Location was excellen, staff were nice all communication was via email and what'sappVery polite key was left for us in a box, no reception at the hotel.

Room was tiny, there was a banging noise from the walls during some of the nights

Lovely, modern, spacious and clean room. Fantastic location right in the heart of the centre with everything on your doorstep. Can get noisy with the busy street outside which we did know about and didn’t mind considering the location, however inside of the room itself you could sometimes hear other people using the bathroom/drains emptying. The man who checked us in was very friendly, and although he didn’t speak much English this was not an issue as the man was quick on his feet and we translated using google translate. Thank you ?

    Location

It isn't a hotel. A nice room and a fantastic location but you enter either through the restaurant or at night a side door.No reception etc.We didn't dislike the above it just isn't what we expected
