    Pros +

    • Friendly staffs
    • Very attentive, friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is visually very beautiful. Spacious room, good bathroom and nice amenities (water and sweets). Breakfast was reasonable.
    • Location, staff

    Cons -

    • The room is very cold and small
    • Very difficult access and parking. The hotel is located on a busy one-way street with no place to stop even briefly to unload luggage. The nearest parking is about a 5-minute walk away, which was especially difficult as we were traveling with a 2-year-old child. The room had a very strong humidity smell and significant mold on the ceiling, with peeling paint. This is a serious health concern, particularly when staying with a young child, and it ended up ruining our stay.
    • We realized it's a window-less room once we arrived (wasn't clear from the photos or specifically mentioned on Booking.com). Felt way to stuffy and not too great, even tho the room itself overall was fine. So, just be sure which room to book (I assume from the hotel layout, that each floor only has 2 rooms with windows).

This was my 6th visit to Casa Romana over the last 3 years. Great boutique hotel in a fabulous city. Great staff, very comfortable bed(!), great location, beautiful communal areas, definitely a ‘touch of class.’ MM

Coffee machine didn’t work but was quickly replaced. So no real issue. With the local competition of cafes etc., I think that the hotel breakfast, whilst extremely good, is probably overpriced.

It was very private, clean and spacious. Everything I expected and more. The staff 10/10!

It didn’t offer me the room for free. (Kidding)

    Beautiful , clean, large bedroom.

The TV in the old buildings have few channels and not smart tvs. Just a lot of maintenance work was going on during

This is possibly the best hotel I have stayed at. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They asked if everything was ok and made sure I was comfortable. The courtyard is very relaxing. It is in a good central spot to visit centro, macarena and triana. Having an espresso machine is a wonderful luxury.

    Nothing, perfect stay.

    location

We booked a room in the new part of the hotel. With a double bed and two single beds. We got a room in the old part, with only one double bed and one fold-out bed. It was very hot, the air conditioner was heating, even though it was set to cool. The window only opened onto the atrium (where everyone passes by the window)…

This was one of the most beautiful hotels I stayed at during my over 2 week trip to Spain. The hotel itself is split up into two buildings, the original one and the newly purchased and redone building which is where I stayed. My room was on the ground floor and was huge. I arrived a little early for checkin and was dealing with some sort of sickness from the day before and the checking was easy and I was even welcomed with a warm towel and some Cava. While I was checking in, my luggage was brought from the hotel lobby to my room and once everything was in order at the front desk, I was shown to my room in the new building and the gentleman showing me the space even told me a brief history of the building which was great. The included breakfast was generous and had everything you could ever want, and there's a beautiful rooftop bar with incredible views of Sevilla which, due to some bad weather, was closed when I was there. Overall this was one of my favorite hotels during my trip and I will absolutely come back next time i'm in Sevilla.

The AC didn't seem to want to work, or at least was very weak during my stay. Fortunately the heat wave was just ending and when I arrived it was the start of some pretty violent rain and weather so I didn't need it too much. Also the ceiling fan made a lot of noise when turned on. That's it though, everything else was perfect.

    Really nice hotel in the...

Parking is the only downside, since they have a couple of spots, so very difficult to get the parking, but there is a big public car park around the corner for which the guests get a bit of a discount if paid at the reception, so it's fine.
