Lovely, helpful staff, great location, very quiet for city centre, really comfy beds.

The bathroom is weird, like a corridor in the bedroom, so not very private. The swimming pool is not for swimming, more of a dipping pool.

We felt truly pampered during our stay at Querencia. From the moment we arrived, everything just felt right. The hotel is clearly very well run, beautifully decorated, organised, and supported by a team that works incredibly well together. Our stay was fantastic from start to finish.The location is super central, which made getting around very easy. The reception team was always kind and helpful, and their food recommendations turned out to be excellent. The beds were unbelievably comfortable - after just four nights, we felt completely refreshed. The room was comfortable, spotless, and very cozy (we also had a wonderful view over the square!). Everyone we interacted with was genuinely friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and personal.Breakfast was a highlight. The fruit, cheeses, and ham were incredibly fresh (seriously… where does that fruit come from?). We also loved having local options like Spanish omelette, as well as the local cookies (dulces conventuales), which we couldn’t get enough of.We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant and really enjoyed it - the fish dishes were excellent!Although I’ve traveled a lot for business over the years, this hotel easily ranks among the top 3 I’ve ever stayed at. What truly makes it special is the team, the warm atmosphere, and the attention to detail. Every day we were greeted with genuine smiles that made us feel welcome and cared for. A special mention to Emma, who greeted us every morning at breakfast with a smile and always remembered our order. She is a true professional and a real gem.If we could give this place 100/10, we absolutely would. It was unforgettable, deeply relaxing, and a stay we’ll remember for a long time. Thank you so much for making our holiday such a wonderful experience!

Great location, within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants and cafes. The room is very comfortable, and the extra-large rain shower in the bathroom is great. The bathtub even doubles up as a jacuzzi, though I didn’t use it. Breakfast is very good – in addition to a buffet, it comes with the option to order a dish from a modest selection.

The bathroom would be better with a proper place to hang the towel and liquid hand wash – soap is very drying for the skin.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Seville. Great hospitality is felt at the reception. The cleanliness of the room and the entire hotel is at a high level. Excellent breakfast, all praise. Hotel for every recommendation for a wonderful stay

This is an absolutely beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Seville. Attention has been given to every detail. The finishes are beautiful, the rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable. The roof top deck is gorgeous with incredible views of the city. Steps to everything. The staff exceptionally courteous and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location of this hotel is perfect, everything is in walking distance. The staff were all so helpful and very welcoming. The rooftop bar is probably the best view you’ll get of Seville!

Great accommodations. Friendly staff. Breakfast options were fantastic. They had buffet option but also a la carte, at no extra cost. The rooftop bar was fantastic with great views of the city.
