Thank you to all the staff, and especially Pedro from the reception (if I remembered the name correctly) for the wonderful birthday surprise for my daughter.

Location, friendliness and attached gym and spa (not included in price) was excellent.

No coffee facilities in room tea bags only

Lovely decor, good breakfast and very friendly staff. The room was clean.

The room was hot and we were informed in the winter they do not use the air-conditioning. The room would benefit from two armchairs.

The hotel is very clean and the room was big. The personnel is friendly and ready to help you with everything that you need. The breakfast was very good with plenty of options from where to choose, I particularly liked the fruits.

I booked a balcony room, they gave me a corner low level patio. So I didn't have a view and couldn't use the patio due to the pouring rain. I wasn't happy. I wanted the balcony so I could look out the window and have fresh air.

The staff at the hotel were very welcoming. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean and was in a great location. The breakfast was amazing had many selections from savoury to sweet selections.

Clean and comfortable room with a pleasing appearance. Good breakfast with a nice variety, tasty food, and good value for money. Friendly and helpful staff.

Not the worst and not the best location. It is within an acceptable walking distance from the historic center, and while the surroundings cannot be called beautiful, they are not off-putting either. Poor sound insulation in the rooms. I could not hear anything from the neighboring rooms, but in the morning every movement in the corridor could be heard easily.

The hotel was very modern. The rooms were very spacious and well kept. Cleaned daily.It was very central as the metro and trams ran from outside the door of the hotel.The staff were very pleasant and helpful.Definitely will be returning.

No vending machine for night-time nibbles.

Room service is contracted out. TV runs on that silly cast system.

Lovely room, lobby heated, very nicely decorated. Beds very comfortable, very clean and new.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was as expected and only an easy 20 minutes walk to the centre.

The shower pressure in the bathroom was very low, but bathroom was nice and very clean.

The soundproofing between rooms could be better

Amazing stay--beautiful interior design, very good services. Staff were super nice all the time. The bar & lobby area also amazing. Very good breakfast.Very comfortable room.Location was perfect, too--metro station, buses very near. But I could also walk into the downtown area in 20-25 min.

Soundproofing between the rooms was not the best--I could hear my neighbors talking and doing certain "adult" activities, which was uncomfortable to hear.

- The location was fine, within walking distance of the city center and close to dining and shopping options.- Bed was comfortable.

- We were very disappointed with the cleaning service. Upon arrival, we found a dirty bathroom, with a lot of hair in the shower and stains on the toilet. In the following days, the cleaning staff often left used mugs and drinking glasses unwashed and did not replace them.- The reception staff often did not even greet us, which in a hotel seems to me absolutely essential.

There was no air conditioning in the room, so we were told to open the window if we need some air instead of fixing the problem. Could not even get any ice to the room. We were told to carry our own luggage. the worst breakfast we have had in over 23 years of our travelling life.
