The apartment has a lot of bedrooms, it's spacious.

Our tour guide car couldn't drive into the location because the restriction of the street. Not convenient carrying the big luggage. We have trouble to get into the apartment when we check in in the evening. The customer phone number couldn't be contacted. We stuck outside of the building with our luggages in the cold winter evening for one hour.

Location was good

There’s quite a lot to mention. I understand that the hotel has a policy about early check-in, and that’s fine. However, we were on our honeymoon, both of us were exhausted and unwell, and there were available rooms — yet we were still not allowed to check in just four hours early. I can accept that as a policy, but unfortunately, the issues didn’t stop there.The room was not properly cleaned: the towels were damp and had hairs on them, and there were ants throughout the room — even in the bed. The next day, we requested cleaning, but they didn’t bother to replace the toilet paper. We ran out completely, called the reception to ask for more, waited around eight hours, and eventually gave up. We had to go back to the reception ourselves and kindly ask for a single roll to take back to the room.We were very hopeful about this hotel, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a terrible experience.I’m also attaching some photos as a reference to show the issues we encountered in the room, hoping the management will take this seriously for future guests.

Great hotel overall, clean, location is great, staff are very helpful, and rooms are spacious, it is central but not noisy, you can walk to the important landmarks and the metro, many buses and the airport shuttle bus are very close.

Breakfast is on general good, but the fruits were not fresh enough (watermelon was getting spoiled, bread was just OK, and although there was a variety of foods, most were fried in oil ( all veggies except for tomato). Changing the assortment from day to day a bit will help too.Consider water as the first necessity; a welcoming water bottle or a place where you can fill in a glass with filtered water is needed. Or if the water in Seville is drinkable - make it explicit.

Very spacious and modern aesthetic. Since it's fairly new, everything seems to still be well-maintained. Parking was very easy to access and a room with parking included is great.

It is not super close to the center but a good 20-min walk doesn't hurt anybody.

Very specious room and very clean, lighting in side the room are excellent. The location of the hotel is also great near to the tram station and bus stop and also shops and restaurants are nearby. Breakfast is fantastic . Staff are friendly.

The hotel is located just outside the historic center. It’s a quick 15-20 minute walk to many of the city’s important landmarks. You are far enough from the action to feel like you are in a local neighborhood with great dining options but close enough to enjoy the action that you can easily get to anywhere walking. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Service was good. Air conditioning worked perfectly, WIFi worked well!

I pretty much liked everything nothing to complain about but for those who don’t like to walk much this might not be the location for you since you do need to walk at least 10 minutes just to get to the historic center and many of the main highlights were a good 15-20 minute walk which I didn’t mind because I enjoy walking but on a rainy night this walk may seem eternal. Other than that this place is truly a great find ! Highly recommended!

A beautiful full-service hotel that is a close walk from the historic center. The lobby, fitness room, rooftop patio and pool were all gorgeous. The room was large and luxurious. There was a huge bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet, a comfy bed with lovely linens, and luxury fittings throuout the room. The breakfast was outstanding.

The room is the best among all our stays in Spain. It is located in a residential area, but very close to all the attraction sites. The staffs are very friendly and kind, we really appreciate that we can check-in early, after a long journey from Granada.

Everything was perfect... From the breakfast to the room.. The staff were helpful and breakfast selection was plentiful. The room was also very clean and spacious. Within walking distance to major sites. I would certainly recommend it to anyone

Very lovely, well-mannered staff, clean, spacious rooms, and an overall excellent hotel. Perfect location, close to the Plaza, Alcázar, and Centro, all within walking distance. Overall highly recommended, fully satisfied with our stay.

The facility was built in the middle of highly busy streets. It is well maintained and the location gives you the opportunity to explore the best places in Madrid

The Gym was really small and need more space.

Received a free upgrade from double room to superior double. Very friendly staff at check-in! Location is great, walking distance to historic city center. Everything seemed to be new in the room

Nothing, accept breakfast was just OK. Would like skip the option. Hotel is popular with group travelers. Chinese during our time.

The hotel was very nice. Terrace and pool area was exceptional. Views of the city are great! Rooms are very big and are comfortable. Anything needed was provided by the staff.

Service in the terrace was slow. Not staffed.

Location was convenient and walking distance to major sights. The hotel was impeccably clean. The room and bed were spacious and comfy. I requested a quiet room and got it - had wonderful, undisturbed sleep every night. The breakfast had lots of option. I especially loved the fresh orange juice. The hotel also added a personal touch to my stay - they gave me a complimentary Torta de Aceite (Ines Rosales specialty) and water since I was staying for some time. The front desk staff was very nice as well. Overall, great experience. I loved my stay and will stay here again in the future.

The water in the shower didn't drain super well.
