    • Amazing stay! Staff was incredibly attentive and welcoming. The hotel was spotless, and the spa massage was a great surprise?very relaxing. Highly recommend!
    • It is beautiful and in a convenient location. The staff are warm and enthusiastic. Staff was especially wonderful, from her welcome to arranging outings and supper reservations for us.
    • The character of the building and the bath products.

    Cons -

    • Chicken soup lacked flavor. Rooftop had great views, but no bar?cocktails had to be ordered by phone?and there was very little shade. A staffed bar and more cover would really improve the experience.
    • Our bedroom has 2 tiny windows, felt claustrophobic. Breakfast €23 per person is absurd!
    • This is not a 5 star hotel it is a boutique hotel

My second stay at this property. The services are impeccable The staff, the restaurant- exceptional.Jose, the manager is an outstanding professional that deals with stress with the right mindset.

The rooms and bathrooms need better lighting.

Mostly very lovely people working at the hotel, in a space that is a cool concept for Sevilla- not a typical hotel. Lots of rooms tucked away all over the hotel spaces. Nice cozy bar area. Good food! And a very nice sunny rooftop patio. A little out of the way from the crowds too.

The rooms we saw were very dark, a little drab, and at first we were given a subterranean room, it had steps down from the first floor. The bathroom smelled like sewage a bit and it was also super dark. We had to keep our windows closed since our room faced into the court and you could see directly in. The king bed was two beds placed together. The pool was more like a hot tub! It’s tiny. The gym is also quite small.

Great location and the hotel was never noisy or overly crowded with guests. It was and felt like a luxury home (palace). The main reception staff were attentive and helpful.

I would not recommend the base room (we had to have a base room for one night as the hotel was full) as it is tight with little space. Our Premium room for the week we were there was lovely. Spacious and well apportioned. A minor point but the non-reception staff who helped with baggage etc did at times "lounge" around when the reception staff were away and it did not always look that professional. Just a minor point as they were all very helpful and friendly!

My stay at CoolRooms Palacio Villapanés 5 GL was exceptional! The room design is truly impressive, blending style and comfort perfectly. Everything was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I appreciated how quiet and well-isolated the rooms were. I didn't hear any noise from neighboring guests. The shower was fantastic, adding a nice touch to the overall experience. The staff was polite, professional, and extremely helpful. Additionally, the hotel restaurant offered delicious meals. Highly recommended!

The location is a 10–15 minute walk from the Cathedral, Alcázar, and other key attractions. However, it’s on a narrow, quiet street, which makes parking or accessing the hotel by car a bit tricky. Some coordination or valet service may be necessary.

There was a vibration because of tram.

Beautiful building, attentive staff, great location.

A more functional makeup mirror would be nice

A cozy 18th century palazzo conveniently located in old town Seville. Cafes and shops are close by, as are numerous beautiful squares. The room assigned to us was quite large, with its small breakfast/ coffee nook open to the outdoors. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the decor is modern. The bathroom has and open plan design, large and connected to the room through a long corridor with a skylight in between. Products offered are from Molton Brown, a high end shampoo and bath products. A steamer was a nice surprise to find in the room. Over all a very comfortable stay and the reception helped us plan a day trip to Cordóba, which went smoothly. Staff are young and friendly but some need more training in customer service. I will recommend this hotel to friends and family and will be returning to it in the future.

It was mostly a nice stay; However, when one books into a five star hotel one has certain expectations that are becoming standards for this category of hotels, such as having water bottles in the room by housekeeping during turn down service; or preparing the bath mats in the bathroom for end of the day or morning showers. I found neither done in the room. Bath mats is a non issue but having water was important. When I called for water I was told that the hotel will offer one bottle. The other has to be ordered from house keeping. I was surprised, unpleasantly, by their comment. After my comments to them regarding expectations with respect to a trivial matter such as water bottles equal to the number of occupants in the room. Another was when I inquired about visiting Alcazar I was told the only available time was at 6 pm on our departure date. So i believed that the hotel will make the booking and with that I had them book my transport to Garanada at 8 pm to give us time to visit the palace and gardens. I was surprised that the booking was not done and tickets sold out. They did not have a satisfactory answer and it was a lost opportunity for me to add to my experience in Seville. All in all not major disasters but these soured an otherwise great experience.

Lovely building. Luxurious and calm interior. Staff were helpful. It’s in a good location - 10 mins walk to the Cathedral. There is a supermarket just around the corner. Pool on rooftop is not a pool but a large bath! Can imagine it would get very hot in summer but in March was a nice temperature in the late afternoon. Loads of high quality amenities provided in the room. Room was very clean.

No windows in my room so it felt quite dark and claustrophobic. Wouldn’t have wanted to stay for much longer than a weekend in that room - something to check when booking. Gym is tiny and the aircon is not strong enough.

One of the best hotels I stayed. I was celebrating birthday there and I got complimentary cava and cake in a room. Also we got a really good room with private big terrace. Amazing - not buffet breakfast. Perfect staff that made our stay unforgettable. Definitely will come back

Great location, fabulous service.Lovely wellness facilities and massage. Garden bar and restaurant very good.

On a couple of occasions the room service was inconsistent-glasses and dressing gowns not replaced. This was instantly resolved by reception.
