About
Located opposite Seville’s 14th-century Santa Catalina Church, this traditional Andalusian house combines a peaceful setting with elegant rooms. It is a 10-minute walk from the cathedral. All rooms are air-conditioned, and most have a private balcony and free Wi-Fi. All have a TV and a private bathroom with a hairdryer. Staff at the Hotel Doña Blanca’s 24-hour reception can provide information about what to see and do in Seville and help book tours and shows. Free Wi-Fi is offered in public areas, and car hire is also available. The Valle Gardens are just 656 feet from the hotel and you can walk to the Alcázar Palace in around 10 minutes. Seville’s Train Station is 10 minutes’ walk from the Doña Blanca and there is a direct bus there, which stops opposite the hotel.

Pros +
- It was very clean and the maids came in every day to give it a clean
- The beds were comfortable, hot shower, good location, not that far from the train/bus station, if you travel light - can easily walk there.
- Great location, 20mins between Santa Justa train station and the city centre, Clean, comfortable room with large bathroom. Polite staff.
Cons -
- No tea coffee facilities in room
- The room was too small, if you come with a large bag - won't have space to really open it unless putting on the bed which isn't the best, as the bags are normally durty. Wasn't big problem for us, as we travelled light.
- Would have preferred a street facing window.

Comfortable room. Comfortable bed. Nice shower. Socket next to bed. Location is on a local bus route.
Didn't have a drinks machine. Couldn't get Netflix to work using my personal account
Was clean and AC was nice.
The towels were hard and smelly. The curtains didn’t really block any light. And the Taxi I had reserved for a ride to the Airport charged me triple!
Very tasteful decor, kind staff, clean and huge comfy bed!
You could hear a lot of noise outside the room or from the floor above at times.
Very helpful young man on the front desk - didn’t get his name unfortunately. Helped us with getting early morning transport to the bus station.
Central location
The single room does not have an outside view but this was not a surprise because it is written on the info. There was only one problem that is not so important. The window opens to the inner patio, but the curtains on the window are fixed to the window. So when you open the window, you open the curtains. Anyone passing through the corridors could see the inside of the room when the window is open. It would be nice to have curtains for some privacy when the window is open. This comment is only for the single room.
Location, location, location! Perfect for walking to the city center, close to the train station. Supermarket, traditional Spanish tavern and Japanese restaurant all in the plaza. Major bus stop 30 meters away.
I've stayed at the Doña Blanca several times but this was the first time we had a room on the ground floor. If you can, do not stay on the ground floor. Buses and traffic were easily heard through the window. Unable to get a good sleep from the noise.
I mean the hotel is not bad, it is just old and a bit smelly because of that. It just needs upgrading. But the shower was very good, hot water and excellent pressure.
It has a damp smell because it is older so when you enter the room it hits you quite hard. It is for those that just want to sleep and find a cheap hotel.
Friendly beautiful administrators. Reading guest hall. Great comfortable bed. Good windows view to the square (but also noise).Great location, everything close.
Location was fantastic, most tourist attractions we wanted to visit were within a 15-20 minute walk. Hotel & room was very clean, it's fine for a two night stay. For any longer, I'd look elsewhere. Room size quite small but good wardrobe storage & good location for mirrors next to plug sockets.
No kettle in the room, beds were a little hard. Only one pillow per person provide although reception did give another when we asked for this. Mould in the shower, this could easily be removed.
Everything was very comfortable, and quiet, and a big bed, and enough space. I liked the attitude of the staff, very caring and attentive to requests.
Well, before that I stayed for 2 days, and there the room had an exit to the corridor and it was a little noisy at night, although I asked for a quiet place. Well, maybe there were just no free rooms
The location was good, very close to bus station, close to las setas, many restaurants in the area.
My room was toward the street, the view was nice but noise.
The rooms were clean, tidy and had a good vibe to them. The location overall was nice, walkable from train station and basically in the center. Rooms had relatively high ceilings which were nice. The staff on the counter was also helpful and friendly :)
The room was facing the streets on 2 sides, so for early nights it was a little loud.
I liked the location and the fact that there was a supermarket 10 meters away from it. The room was on a smaller side, but had everything you need. Hot water was hot, the staff - friendly.
There were 2 problems in my room:1) Cleanness - I spotted a some hairs in the room and bathroom, I didn't like that.2) The AC was noisy (I used it in the heating mode), it was hard to sleep when it was working, but when you switched it off - the temperature became too cold (((.
The best thing about the hotel is its location, The room is very small and quite dark, with no sunlight coming in.
Great location
Basic room, bed was adequate but not very comfortable.
The only redeeming quality was the location—convenient and easy to find. The lobby appeared tidy at first glance, and the responding police officers were professional and objective.
The front-desk agent, Margarita, was openly rude, refused to check us in despite a valid reservation and ID, and escalated needlessly by calling the police—who ultimately set the record straight. Because we were denied entry, we can’t speak to the room or bathroom; what we can say is that basic hospitality and common sense were nowhere to be found.
