Very friendly staff,

First stay was a bad room with sewer smell . Second stay got an exceptional room. Night traffic is noisy, bus station . Wi-fi not secure , slow . Check in on WhatsApp two days ahead asking passport , it was mandatory before arriving to hotel.

The best thing was that the windows were double glazed, almost soundproof! For sensitive people, that was a blast not to hear loud buses from the street. I loved the smell of the soap and shampoo!

I read on the official website that there was free coffee somewhere in the hotel, but this information was wrong, it was in the past. I stayed in the cheapest room so cannot say for other rooms, but the double bed was pretty small.

We asked for a warm quiet room and that’s what we got. In the old town and walking distance everywhere. Bus station was the furthest at 20’mins. We had a warm room in January which is hard to find. It was really clean and the cleaning service every day was excellent. Yes the room isn’t huge but it is plenty big enough. The bathroom was huge.

Maybe an extra few pillows would have been handy for watching tv in the room later. Tv is a little small.

The location was excellent, was very easy to go everywhere in Sevilla either walking or by bus.

When we came back for our second stay, there was a underwear hiding behind the toilet. Which made us think is it was properly cleaned or not. The attention for detail was lacking. On the side note, there was also a lot of noise coming from the hallways. Most of it coming from the housekeeping talking very loudly in the morning. We couldn’t sleep very well which was disappointing.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff, great location to explore Sevilla and great value for money.

The location is very good I did not need any transportation to go visit places in Seville center( but I don't mind a 20 minute walk ).The train station is 20 to 25 minutes walk from the hotel.The bed was comfortable. And the room was clean.

Noises were coming from the hallway but thankfully it was not very frequent.The bathroom was making a smell.

I really liked that from the moment of booking, the hotel staff was in touch with me, regarding check in and check out times and accessing the hotel. I found it helpful and reassuring.The hotel itself was very pretty, with homely-feel rooms and very friendly staff, who spoke English and didn't mind my attempts of broken Spanish :) I would definitely recommend staying there, as it is located in a walkable distance from the city centre, as well as the train station.

We had a great couple of nights at this hotel, what a lovely little gem! Our room was well equipped and a reasonable size with a comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. The hotel is well positioned for exploring the city on foot and the bus stop to the train station is literally outside the door! The staff were super helpful before and during our stay.

The weather wasn't good enough to make use of the fabulous roof terrace!

Good location, can walk to main attractions of Seville. Very helpful and friendly staff. Pretty quiet in the room even though the hotel is on a busy street.

Price for late checkout seemed a little expensive relative to room price but I was told ahead of time about this.

The location is great and it was easy to self check in. I needed a kettle and they were able to leave it in the room, even with some tea. There is a great terrace on the top floor, definitely check it out.

Unfortunately, the room is quite small and ventilation/heating was not the best, I had to leave bathroom window open. But there was a dog in the yard that was barking. If you have heavy luggage, expect to climb some steps before accessing the elevator. Also, the luggage storage before/after check-in costs extra.

Good location, the bed was small but comfortable and clean. Not too noisy. The double glazing kept out the street noise.

The room we booked said it was the same size as the twin rooms and had balcony and desk with chair etc. Our room was tiny with only space to shuffle around the bed and no balcony or desk etc. Our family were next door in a twin room which was twice the size and with balcony and they paid less! You need to update the booking website and not mislead anyone.
