Extensive breakfast with fresh squeezed orange juice and cava. Big clean room and bathroom.

Street noise, dated furniture, dull neighborhood.

Close to bus stops and bikes, staff was very friendly and helpful as well as having an excellent cafe next door

Clean, comfortable, air-conditioned and nice staff.

Spare roll of toilet paper. View was terrible, if we had known that our view was going to be a cement jungle, we would have paid extra for something with sky!

Good and essential hotel room, with a small swimming pool close to the restaurant. Quite close with the car to the city center.

The internal cafè/restaurant has quite a limited choice, but it hasn't been a big issue since we used it only on the first evening.

The hotel is well located, the staff was amazing and the facilities were very good. Super clean

Our AC wasn't that strong.

Run down rooms, thin walls

It was the night of the blackout. Lovely staff, had to deal without internet for booking in by torchlight. And found us beers ( not really relevant but I will never forget the walk from the bus stop at Santa Justa to this hotel, bumping into trees, hence the need for beers)The shower was perfect, the bedding clean, and the bottled water very welcome.

Small space with other room, so can hear TV sound next door

Walking distance from the train station and good location with respect to the city centre.Confortable, clean and rooms with a decent space.

I chose this for the location and price, not for the 4 stars.It is not a 4-star hotel.

It was classy. The breakfast area was large. A good variety. The bed & pillows were superb.

We got a free upgrade but then had only one bath towel. The tv didn’t work (it was unplugged). Not one English-speaking station on the tv. The water pressure in the shower was low.

The bed was a bit too hard and the rooms were not soundproof, so I could hear my neighbors yelling and their music.

The room was very clean

The same breakfast every day without egs and vegetables.

Cleanless, kind and helpful personal, good breakfast, everything nearby :) 15min walk to old-town, cycle path and also bike or scooter rent parking really close to property. We also came at 11 and hotel did not have any problem to accomodate us earlier (checkin was from 14). Near to bus stop from/to airport.

Didn't like the area alot of homeless

Room was super (bed comfy!) and because towards the courtyard, very quiet! Also loved the walk into town with great unexpected "local" places enroute that maybe not every tourist comes across.Everyone at the hotel reception and restaurant was very forthcoming and efficient -- things run smoothly here and there is a pleasant ambiance right from the start :-)
