Room a little small, but very cute.

Beautiful looking old building in a lovely part of Seville. Lots of tapas bars in the immediate vicinity & just around the corner from the Alcazar. We arrived late in the evening and were told to check in at sister hotel ( which backs on to it). Room was small but well appointed and had everything we needed including 2 juliette balconies. Hotel and room was very clean. Coffee and tea provided downstairs from 7am to 10pm along with fruit and snacks.

Noise from outside if you are a light sleeper ( but this a consequence of being in a central area)

I love the location next to the park and just far enough away of center to be peaceful and near local tapas bars etc. Cute boutique hotel, amazing coffees and espressos all day, juice, water, sodas, fruit, nice lounge area, great staff, working decks in rooms, double basin, hair dryer, lift, very cozy vibe. I felt almost like I lived there. Not a visitor:) wry good value!! I would definitely return!

There was nothing I didn't like.

Everything! The location is perfect. It was spotlessly clean in both the room and the common areas. The complementary coffee ( breakfast) area was a surprise. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. The marble flooring was very upmarket.

Nice clean room, comfortable bed, good location, good necessities. They offer coffee and some small things like cereal milk and juice in the morning

Absolutely no soundproofing so we didn’t enjoy sleeping in until 12 because the cleaning lady was doing SO much noise from 8am just outside our door.. tv doesn’t work very well

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the historic center (we got there by walking from train station), making it easy to explore everything on foot. The check-in experience was smooth.A lovely touch was the availability of complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks at the reception (during the whole day).Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with an old-world romantic vibe that added to the experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, atmosphere, and a central location.

The location was perfect, but we knew that already because we have stayed in the same area 3 times!Excellent drinks and food area in reception, ALL FREE! Thank you. We appreciated it. Comfortable room with excellent air conditioning.Car parking is easy. But request beforehand like we did as only 2 spaces.

Great location. The front desk is very helpful. Nice breakfast buffet. I encourage everyone who travels to Granada should book this hotel.

You get what you paid for. The room was small but very clean and cosy. Perfect location, in the city center, near the beautiful park.Two small balconies were facing some busy streets with a lot of cafes. It could bother someone, because it was pretty loud, but we like that

A few minor issues, but it did not ruin anything:It was a little bit tricky to find a room because the lobby is in another hotelThe shower cabin was pretty small

It gets a 10 for the level of service provided. Aircon was noisy, so they had it looked at immediately, then changed our rooms as they couldn't fix it adequately. The hotel itself is well located, comfortable rooms and self-service drinks and small breakfasts provided.
