- Difficult for transport/ uber car will not allow inside the city if you want big car difficult
- The fact that the floor of the penthouse entrance was still being repaved when we arrived and we basically had to walk through construction with 3 very heavy suitcases across the construction area with tons of wires etc… doesn’t exactly reflect the price we paid. This was clearly known to the hotel since we were the only room on that floor and should have sent someone to help with the luggage (as all of the properties we stayed at of similar level did)
- The room was pretty small. you had a few feet on either side of the bed and that was pretty much it. it was difficult to have two adults and two full sized suitcases in there. i would have to open and close it up to make enough room to walk otherwise it would take up the entire area off to the side of the bed. We actually ended up moving a bench into the bathroom just to make more space in the room for walking. The air conditioner was also a little weird? We got it to work but then it would shut off by itself and we would have to turn it on again. The person working at the front desk directed us to the wrong elevator and we were not able to find our room. I realize this is small but after traveling the last thing you want to do is get back into line to say hey where is our room it was not on that floor. So just an fyi there are two elevators - one down a corridor to the left of the desk and around a corner and the other is just off the main dinning/sitting room and is in plain view. The hotel was a little difficult to get to by car. When we got a taxi from the train station the driver had a hard time finding the address in google maps. So be careful with that. It kept wanting to go to a different address several hours away. When we got near the hotel he did not realize he couldnt drive down certain streets so we got dropped off several blocks away with our luggage. The pick up at the hotel was much smoother and the taxi was waiting right outside the door. Not the hotels fault, but just something to be wary of when trying to get there.

What a beautiful cosy place with such lovely people working there! Location is epic too, right in the center of all the major attractions. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Seville. 10/10.
Loved the views, the location in the heart of the happening Santa Cruz quarter and the afternoon tea (try their palmeras). The in suite jacuzzi with the views were just excellent

The location was excellent. Theres a good bodega just outside that seemed to be a hot spot. You're just off a main street with a lot of restaurants and bars so it was always easy to find food. Its only a 2 block walk to get to the cathedral and its just down the street. We did not eat breakfast there but they had tea or wine i think in the afternoon with cookies. We were out and about and missed it but i saw some people still enjoying their time in the main sitting area when i got back. The dinning/lounge area is very pretty and i think people would enjoy that. The pool was nice but small. Almost like a very large hot tub. There were several lounge chairs. We dipped into the pool during the hotter parts of the day and it has a nice view of the cathedral. Its also very pretty to go up there at night.

Amazing location the room was spacious and I loved the privacy on the balcony. A truly relaxing stay!
It was decent stay. Location was ideal and that’s about it.
The room was okay. From the website it made it out to be more than it was and the staff was very attentive on bookings.com yet average in person.
location was ok although nosey. Old world charm
some staff were helpful, others not at all. amenities were TERRIBLE, for example one extremely small bar of soap for both the sink and the shower and no liquid soap. house keeping did not replace the toilet tissue and the towels were thin and few.bed was lumpy, wifi week and the ‘breakfast’ was, well, terrible
location was good but crowded and nosey
while it had charm is was also tired.staff service was very mixed
The hotel is located in the heart of the historic district in Sevilla. Close to the Cathedral and Alcazar. The hotel also has a rooftop pool, with a great view of the Cathedral.
Although we reserved a Superior room, the size was on the small side.
Gorgeous spot in centre of Sevilla - very lovely room with a patio and view of the cathedral, very comfortable bed with high quality linens and excellent quiet air conditioning! Breakfast was lovely as well
Only slight negative is there were pool deck chairs right outside the patio and people for. The pool could see into the room if door was open - a little added privacy greenery would be welcome
Astounding location for dining and tours, parking access was good and rooms very quiet. All room facilities were excellent. It was our favorite city in Spain, lively and fun.
Driving as a tourist in Sevilla to find the parkade access was a very trying experience.
The location and the room. The bed was very comfortable and the roomWas Cleaned everyday.
Great location, great staff, beautiful room, great after tea time
The lack of intimacy in the bedroom with the bathroom open from the top
Beautiful property with atrium, location to die for- 100 yards to the cathedral and Alcázar. Great shops and neighborhood

Not sure you can beat the location or the view from this hotel. It's just a few steps away from the cathedral and the rooftop pool offers an incredible view. The room was spectacular.
Trying to order drinks/food when up at the rooftop pool didn't work and we had to go downstairs to order.
This is an elegant, boutique hotel in a terrific location. Even though it’s in the middle of historic district, inside the hotel is quiet luxury.
Lovely palatial building with historical interest.
Room was as cold as a dungeon. Shower stall overflowed and flooded the bathroom.
I truly enjoyed my stay at Casa 1800 Seville. The hotel is full of charm and character, perfectly blending historic elegance with modern comfort. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the Cathedral and Alcázar—but still feels like a quiet retreat. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the afternoon tea was a lovely touch. Highly recommend for anyone wanting an authentic and memorable stay in Seville.
