Close to a metro station. The room was clean.

A city sightseeing bus ticket will cost much more than that bought on street vendor. You may want to avoid it. The location is a little far from where actions such as attractions and night lives. If you don¿t mind walking 15 min, it¿s a good alternative

After parking the car under the building, we have to walk outside to step in to the hotel, it should have a direct access to avoid coming out.

The room was very well-designed. The breakfast has many alternatives and they were delicious. People were very helpful.

Great experience overall. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety and very good quality. Amazing, that we could park in the garage, free of cost. The hotel offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the service was consistently warm and efficient. Highly recommended.

The elevator could be a little faster, but it didn’t affect the overall quality of the stay.

I requested a room on a low floor as I do not take the lift ..We were given a room on the 5th floor..." Courtyard view" was a space between concrete walls we couldn't even see what the weather was like as we couldn't see the sky..

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It’s located very close to the city centre, the room was clean, and the staff were polite and welcoming. Overall, very comfortable and pleasant!

At first entry you parking we were confused about how to open the gate to enter the hotel section of the parking. Later we realized its location. A sign would help guests.

They have smart tvs but you can’t use them. They’re not connected. That was disappointing…need to bring that option to the property.

Great shower, mostly clean except for a mold spot on the ceiling next to the air conditioning vent. Location was good especially when visiting Triana. Good value on the price and great bakery across the street-Manolo Bakes.

Funny smell in the room and the alley was noisy until at least 0100. It wasnt a huge deal for us but some people might not appreciate it. Bed and pillows were just ok.

Upgrade to junior suite was unexpected and much appreciated. Car parking was excellent Breakfast was superb

The hotel is located within walking distance of many great sites. It is in a modern location. The staff were great. The room was exceptional with enough plug ins for foreign and domestic travelers. It is spacious. The lighting in the room was perfect. It was very quiet, central air-conditioning, and very comfortable bed. I would stay here only if I returned.

No atmosphere in the lobby. The elevator leads directly to the rooms, so no contact between guests and staff or between other guests

Wrong side of the river if you like to be close to the tourist attractions.

Excellent facilities but only a one night stay so not much chance to use them good location but view not 'stunning' (rooftops)

It was very clean, with a nice appearance and modern decoration. The towels were spotless, and the housekeeping service replaced them daily and upon request. The hotel even provided dental items such as toothpaste and a toothbrush. The hairdryer was really good and worked well.

The bed was noisy and uncomfortable. The washroom/bathroom had no ventilation, which was bothersome. Street noise was coming into the room. There was not enough drinking water provided, and the tap water was forbidden for drinking.

I liked the cleanliness. They just clean your room daily even if you forget to ask for it. The 24 h reception was helpful. Good staff. Breakfast was very nice with wide variety of food.Also, it's sort of walkable to the main attractions, only 20-25 mins walk.

Extremely well-designed facilities, down to the detail; functional, yet stylish. Very clean, quiet, with helpful staff. Convenient location.
