The ground floor rooms have no insulation. It was extremely loud and noisy at night. Its almost impossible to fall asleep in these rooms. They shouldn't even be used as guest rooms.

Not a good experience. Ended up not staying there.

I could not get access to the hotel, due to no parking at the hotel or in the nearby area. It was a nightmare and never was able to stay at the hotel.

The hotel is near to everything only walking ,the staff is so helpful, the room and bathroom was clean ,it was perfect

Both faucets are not tightened to the countertops, same with bathroom sink.Toilet was clean, but horrible chemical smell Parking garage is supper tight, but usable if you drive small car.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for our needs, making it very easy to get around and enjoy the local area. The room met our expectations and comfortable for our stay. Overall we were very satisfied and would recommend this hotel to any potential visitors looking for a convenient and pleasant place to stay in Seville.

The air conditioning was switched off at night in our room.The emergency light in our room was very bright and shines directly onto the beds throughout the night. Someone had previously stuck a leaflet on it but that didn’t solve the issue.We couldn’t sleep at night because our room on the first floor faced the street and a nightclub. The clients of this place spent all night shouting and screaming in and around the entrance of the hotel!When I complained to the hotel manager he didn’t seem very concerned about all these issues and did nothing to solve them. For an extra payment of 186€ he would have put us in a quieter apartment in their other building! He said the law was on his side so there was nothing I could complain about to the tourist office…I have foto graphs and videos that prove what I’m complaining about and I would like Booking to refund me.

Fantastic location and spotless room. Great shower and air con. Flat screen TV in room with some channels in English and a fridge.

Only a Tassimo coffee machine in the room, no kettle. Not everyone drinks coffee. Also only 2 courtesy pods were provided and then any further required needed to be purchased.No minibar in fridge.

Be careful , this hotel shows ckeck in times from 14.50pm to 00.00 pm , this is not correct . The hotel dot informed the Booking.com , and still not informed the check in times of the hotel . i receivced a message from the hotel the check in time updated and are from 14.30pm to 9.30pm , after that the costumer needs to do the online check in . This is not correct i not was informed when i did the booking .The hotel need inform Booking.com with update information. NO GOOD .Also the swimimg pool , is not swimming pool , seems more a tanks than a swimimg pool . We didnt like it and we do not recommend it .

Nightclub is opposite with young groups hanging outside early hours in the morning. Shouting and screaming every night, although you can't hear the music it's the gathering outside after.

The hotel had the facilities I wanted. The location was excellent. The staff, Alberto, who was the receptionist was accommodating, professional and very helpful. The room was ample and clean. I will stay there again.Very good wifi connection.The location was excellent and felt safe to walk at night. There were plenty of restaurants, cafes, shops historical monuments close by.The bus to the airport was 18 minutes walk. I didn't feel tbe need to book a taxi.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like.

Very clean. Staff friendly and nice. Daniel was super checking is in and making us feel welcome and at home. He gave very good suggestions on what to see and how to navigate around the city.

Couch was not comfy and kitchen area small and needs updating. Dining room table too big for the room. Overall furniture was poor.

Good location and quiet neighborhood. Front desk super helpful. Nice rooftop terrace. AC worked great.

No toilet paper, the floor was a little dirty. Barely any kitchen ware. It was okay but for the price I was expecting a little more.

Breakfast on the roof was great. Rooms were quite comfortable. My niece and great-nephew used the pool and reported it as fine, if a little small!

Our request for rooms close together could not be realised, indeed they were on opposite sides of the road! But never mind eh! we managed!The plug leaked in my room's washbasin, and I don't like transparent bathroom doors, although I have met them before; they seem to be becoming fashionable.
