Close to main attractions that I wanted to go and see.

Water leaked out of the shower into the main hallway.

Lovely well maintained hotel with excellent rooms. Staff were courteous, friendly, and efficient. Great location in the centre on a pedestrian only street.

I guess breakfast could have been a little more varied but it was ok.

The hotel's location is ideal to explore Sevilla. The breakfast, which was included for our stay was exceptional. They also catered for intolerances (Gluten and lactose). The staff were friendly, helpful and approachable.

The staff was super super friendly! The location was great, I was given a room at the back of the hotel, which meant that there was very little outside noise from the large Avenida de la Constitucion. The room was super clean and comfortable! Room had everything one would need (small desk, kettle and coffee machine). I got a small upgrade upon arrival, which was very kind!

The sound proofing regarding noise from within the building was not suuuper well managed; a door opened or closed in the neigboring room felt as my own room's door were opened (which can be a bit scary at first). Also, with the housekeeping parking the cart right outside my door every morning, this could become quite noisy (but understandable/ necessary work - maybe switch around where the cart is stationed?). Smart TV casting only works with Samsung devices.

Location is great.

The hotel is decent, but it feels quite impersonal. Unfortunately, we didn’t feel very comfortable or cozy during our stay, and at times we even felt like we would prefer to leave earlier.It doesn’t feel like a place you would want to return to again and again — more like a hotel just for an overnight stay.

Smell of drains in lift and staircase also breakfast was not great.

-the bathroom had no toilet brush-no slippers

Great location. Spacious comfy rooms, excellent bathroom with great towels.Nice breakfast which was included in the room rate. But overpriced at €22 if you were paying by the day per person.Staff very helpful and hotel was clean and tidy.

There was no bar or cafe in the hotel which might have been nice

Loved the extra large king size bed and brilliant views from hotel with view of cathedral and balcony. Staff also very friendly and welcoming. Brilliant location

Some more facilities, such as a bar in the lobby or more communal areas downstairs as supposed to the roof top bar which isn’t really used in winter.

Right in the center of the city. Delicious breakfast. Nice rooftop bar. Comfortable beds and room. Quiet.

Parking the car was not easy, but once that was done everything was very walkable

The bar staff were really slow on the roof terrace- we ended up leaving as it took too long to order.Room was slightly noisy - the doors internally are very close together so you hear other doors closing.

I would have rated the hotel higher if I hadn’t had the breakfast. The cofee was not good. The food selection was decent. I would not say anything was delicious. It would have been nice if there were a few different choices each morning. For the money spent on breakfast, we would have been better off getting something outside.
