The front desk service was great. The room was small but well organized for 2 large suitcases. Great shower and AC was cold.

The breakfast was okay but it needed a bit more variety for the price.

The young lady at the front desk is amazing. She remembers you and anticipates your needs. Location is great, less than 5mins from the cathedral.

The rooftop bar is accessed from an inside staircase and some patrons can get quite loud on their way out.

Our flight was early morning, the staff was so kind to pack us picnic (breakfast) for the road. Beautiful venue. Staff was phenomenal even at the breakfast bar. Loved our stay

First floor room had wonderfully high ceilings, but sat on the street with all passers-by visible and heard...

The room price was high.

Staff was excellent and accommodating for special request to move room. Hotel was beautiful, with nice bar and restaurant amentities. Location could not be beat.

Arrival was difficult given the narrow streets and confusing maps. Definitely use the offsite, pre-arranged parking. You will be glad you did!

The aircon was intermittent, hot then cold. But we couldn’t sleep with window open because street noise was so awful.

The location of the hotel was perfect so We didnt use public transportation . It is an old and historic building with a round courtyard which u can take beverages all the time. Alice took care of me in a very friendly manner. She was so kind and cheerful thats why special thanks for her . Mucho gracias Alice

There was no sound insulation so we couldnt sleep well espeacially towards morning . We could hear the noise of the people walking outside. Thats is the only con of the hotel.

The location was in the middle of the historical area. The cathedral was literally at the end of the street.

Its not for people who are nervous drivers! The streets around the hotel are VERY narrow. We were warned but we still had a shock when we got there.

Location was really central to catedral and nice streets with bars.

Make sure you don’t have room 5! We arrived there and it felt like a sauna. It was 23 degrees (in winter time) without any way to get it down. We had to leave the window open (connecting to the breakfast room), which was really noisy. Worst sleep of the whole holiday. Next day we were moved to another room, also on the ground floor, but with a window to outside. So much noise that we had a rough night again. Only compensation - after we had to ask for it - was a free breakfast. If you value a good night sleep, consider choosing another hotel.
