The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They answered all questions with a smile. The atmosphere was peaceful. The location was excellent. The breakfast buffet was delicious and very convenient. The buffet staff was very friendly as well.

First of all, we checked in early without any additional costs. The hotel is very clean, sanitizers are also found everywhere. The Christmas decorations are superb. The rooms are very well kept. Very big thanks to the staff.

The room felt too enclosed as the only windows were to the courtyard and were shuttered for privacy. No coffee in the room. So much plastic - all the plants,cups, toothbrush etc.

Pretty hotel and great room. VERY quiet at night even though we were on a busy square. We loved all the plants!

The parking was a challenge, but good to have on site.

Very friendly staff, excellent location, room was cleaned daily. Bed was comfortable. Good lighting in the room, spacious bathroom. Hotel staff was extremely courteous and helped us with tickets to local events and taxi rides to other cities for day trips. Would happily stay there again.

The location is great (20-25 minutes to the old town, but the neighbourhood the hotel is located in is also very lively), the hotel itself is wonderful. The decor really sets itself apart. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. Would definitely recommend!!

It was a bit gold in the rooms. Might be better to say a bit higher up on the floors. But this was in decenber, so the rooms should be perfect in summertime.

We had a ground-floor room, which was fine, but even though it was cold (January), the room had no windows to the exterior, so it was very stuffy.

Wonderful hotel to stay in, very clean, rooms were more like apartments than being in a hotel. 15-20 minutes walk into the city centre. Lots of cafes, bars and restaurants close by and just generally a nice place to be. Would definitely stay there again 100%.

Nothing at all could have been better. Absolutely no complaints.

Location was perfect and the hotel charming

The breakfast was expensive . The scrambled eggs were cold and the bacon wasn’t cooked . The Waitrose was also unfriendly

It’s so beautiful place with warm ambience, Very centrally located … the minute you step out of the door of the hotel, you step into a very active place of town… loved being there, wonderful place, and hospitable staff.

Great location, with a nice and stylish building.

The room above the reception is a drawback, as you can hear some noise from the corridor. The shower is quite small. The safe key is provided against a deposit.
