About

Situated in a delightful area of Seville, in the picturesque and authentic Barrio de Santa Cruz, the hotel is an attractive, converted manor house dating back to the 16th century. The Barrio de Santa Cruz is a charming area of the city with narrow, cobbled streets and plazas lined with orange trees. It is centrally located, and is within walking distance of many of the major attractions, such as the cathedral and the Alcazar. The hotel has a pleasing traditional patio-courtyard, which many of the rooms look out onto; you can also sit there and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. There is also a popular restaurant that serves traditional Andalusian and Mediterranean cuisine.

Just everything -- the owners have put such thought and care into every detail, from the breakfast buffet to the pillows, to the little homemade guide to Seville they gave us. They are so proud of their city and so proud of their hotel: we even saw them eating breakfast there. one morning Any city would be lucky to have them as ambassadors. If you book there, you will be well taken care of -- and you will have an enchanting stay.

Room size, location, design and staff. The whole building is just amazing.

Wifi reception in the room (upper floor) coming and going. If you look for accommodation with filter for parking, this is not 100% granted, have it reserved in advance and make sure it's done.

Very cute, very individual and perfect location. Staff (Aziz on arrival) were super friendly and very accomodating, We had a very short stay, but will 100% return. The rooms are small, but its a city centre hotel, the bed however was big!!! Already recommended it to other people!

The weather! Not the hotels fault of course. But that was it.

Brilliant location, really friendly staff, lovely rooms over looking the central courtyard.

Good location near the Prado and train station

    On a busy, noisy street

The reception was super friendly; I was asked several times if I needed anything else. The breakfast was delicious (although I would have liked a few more vegan options). The location is perfect if you only have a few days to explore the city, as everything is within walking distance. If I'd had more time, I would have accepted the offer of free bicycle use...

Lovely decor and historic ambiance. Very polite friendly staff.

Pet friendly is often not possible at higher end stays so it was nice that my fur child was accommodated.

I didn’t like that the deposit for my fur child was more than the stay itself.

Location is very nice but hard to find it

Room wasn’t ready and AC working so weak and wasn’t on when we got there on hot day 46 degree and we supposed to have wine at room and we didn’t get any

    8ChrisPosted on: 9-1-2025

Location was great, hotel quiet. Liked the voucher for a complimentary drink during your stay that was appreciated and loved the guest book with helpful information and tips.

Room decor could be updated but it did fit in with the hotel setting. Room was on the small side but that’s on us when booking.

Super close to all the main attractions in the old town. Very quiet despite being so central. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.
