Super clean and very comfortable. The staff was helpful. We would definately stay again. Very central location!! The price was very good considering it was Valentine's Day weekend.

Welcome by staff was really wonderful. Location is good. Just note that taxis cannot drop you off right infront if the hotel - its about a 5min walk from the Victoria Square. The area gets very busy at night, but inside its quiet.

The room is a bit claustrophobic as the window is strange and the aircon turns itself off after a period of time.. You feel a bit closed in. It serves its purpose for a room base but not the most comfortable. The 'kitchen' corner also very tight and awkward. Overall things are a bit worn and basic

Location

On the bed, under the sheet, there was a plastic cover, which made it very uncomfortable to sleep. This was shocking — why put plastic on the bed? Please buy proper mattress protectors.The room was on the ground floor and felt damp, with a strong smell of humidity. Also, every time someone walked past the room, the automatic light outside turned on, which was very disturbing at night and made it difficult to sleep.

The bathroom glass door is very exposed, which was not really comfortable.

The room was so cool. I put the heating up to 27° and still couldn’t feel the heat. The bed didn’t have any blankets.

Only issues where the shower and toilet. Everythig else was great and I'd use this hotel again

No external window. Very small pool. No breakfast available.

Look, the location and staff were fantastic. Other than that, the property is ran down. Our room was pokie, smelly and was crying for ventilation and maintenance.

I normally think “get a life” when folks moan about light switches or poor drainage in the bathroom, but we got a proper first hand experience of the shower flooding into the bathroom and under the bed AND the shower mixer constantly falling off and being “self serve”. It’s was super loose like a wizards sleeve and apparent it had been a problem for ages. Not just a new maintenance issue.
