One Shot Conde Torrejón

Our stay at the One Shot Hotel was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, Paula at reception greeted us with such warmth and professionalism, making us feel right at home. Her extensive local knowledge and genuine enthusiasm for helping us explore the area truly enhanced our experience.The room we stayed in was very comfortable, nestled in a quiet location within a lovely, peaceful courtyard—perfect for relaxation. Each morning, breakfast was a stress-free delight, with thoughtfully presented individual servings at our table and a delightful variety of options to choose from.In conclusion, we couldn't have chosen a better hotel. The prime location within the Old Town made it incredibly convenient for exploring all the wonderful sights the city has to offer.

Very clean, staff nice and helpful. Lots of great restaurants/ tapas bars round the corner.

My room needed to pass the hotel courtyard and it was raining.There is no light in the lift it's totally dark when you enter the lift.

Breakfast was good. No self service so you had to ask for more tea and coffee.

Beds too soft for us and not enough tea bags in the room.

It was the fall season so we didn't have a chance to try the pool. But the room was spacious, designed and furnished beautifully, respecting the traditional elements of the Andalucian architecture. The staff was welcoming, kind and helpful.

Perhaps a little bit warmer in the room in the evening. It was November. Nice and warm during the day and colder in the evening.

The location is definitely a big asset. The lobby is very pretty.

I’ve been to better 3-stars hotels than this one. Nothing special in here. Breakfast was the biggest disappointment - no buffet, very small and limited menu, weak coffee and tasteless omlet. The only available vegetable was a tomato if we were lucky to even have it (one day it was not available). Room was small but cosy. Windows have zero resistance to noise - I could hear everything and everyone passing by on the street, it was very annoying. And instant coffee in the room in very creased package for the 4-star hotel is a bit of a shame.

The front desk person, Christina was outstanding. Friendly, helpful and patience, it does not get better! For the rest there is a big but

The breakfast was not to the level required for a hotel of that price level. The windows of the rooms did not do any noise dampening - when people were walking or talking on the street in the front of the hotel it was like they walked in the room. With all activities ongoing on 31.10. and on 1.11. one could not sleep at all. By far not the standard, all other hotels we stayed on our trip were much better.

The location is convenient and staff were very nice and welcoming. Breakfast was also good.

If you are a light sleeper, do not book this hotel. Our room was extremely noisy at night that we could not sleep the entire stay. The windows need proper noise insulation as you can literally hear anything that is going on outside.

Windows need to be replace, you can hear everything from the restaurant kitchen, people conversation from the street and the noise from the across buildings.Bed was very uncomfortable...

Good location

Quite old hotel with a funny smell. Breakfast is not buffet- you get served 3 small dishes every day, very small drinks. Blonde lady at breakfast doesnt speak english and is not very friendly. Our hotel room was overlooking the street- was super loud, no sound isolation. We wont be coming again to this hotel- price doesnt match what you get.

The hotel is ideally located and the staff were so friendly and and accommodating. Loved the courtyard just outside our room, the roof top pool and the bed was super comfortable! Oh and the water pressure of the shower was unreal!

There was lots to like about this hotel, however, the shower leaked a lot, the cleaning staff didn’t always replenish coffee sachets or take away dirty cups etc and there was a huge crack in the bathroom mirror.

Lovely welcome by the staff at check in and very helpful with providing details of sites on a map. Breakfast easy to book and a good selection of food. Great location to all the main sites within walking distance from the hotel. Around a 20-25 min transfer from the airport.

Pool area a little small, not enough sun beds for all looking to spend late afternoon and early evening in the sun. No bar by the pool provided when we went in mid October which was a shame.

Location and it had parking

I had booked a twin room and had even written to them requesting they make sure I get a twin room. Upon arrival I was greeted by a rude receptionist who told me they didn’t have twin rooms. Also. The rooms are nothing like the photos
