    • Location
    • It was clean and organized hostel in good location walking distance to main important historical sites.
    • nice room, clean, wide private bathroom, shared for 6 persons. the beds were comfortable and there were cleaned sheets

    Cons -

    • The door to get in and out of the hostel was horrible to open from both sides. The hostel was very noisy at late hours of the night.
    • Old and worn rooms, a bit dusty and dirty.
    • I stayed in 6 bed dormitory room and it was small for 6 bunks beds. Also it might be healthier to change toaster and kettle. Also could you please have paddle trash bins, no one wants to open with hand. Also clearly labeled recycle bins. Couple of improvements will make the hostel more hygienic :)

nice room, clean, wide private bathroom, shared for 6 persons. the beds were comfortable and there were cleaned sheets

the locker under the bed were ok about the space but mine was stuck with the bed next to mine so i couldn't open it all, it just opened till half. I didn't have plug to use, "mine" was between the bed and the wall (unreachable)

Good building structure and decent technology. All the girls working at the reception desk were friendly and open to dialogue. Prices usually among the lowest in Seville. I stayed probably in the best room they had, two bathrooms, three French windows, spacious, though one mattress was in very poor condition in my opinion. The cleaners were efficient, professional and in good physical shape, in terms of endurance, strength, responsiveness, coordination and mobility. A cleaner lacking adequate physical fitness represents a danger of an accident at work, especially if not supported by appropriate assistance and required to handle significant workloads and emergencies. They climb stairs and carry weights and face sudden changes of pace, with the possibility of an accident for which the employer could be held liable with potential insurance implications, an accident that could also involve hostel guests. I always booked through the online travel agency. Some establishments encourage direct bookings by excluding the agent, perhaps offering a small discount by e-mail and other means, and sometimes they do this with great insistence. On some occasions I feared that using an intermediary on a regular basis annoyed them so much that a crumbling or stinky bed or a mouldy mattress that I eventually was assigned might not have happened by chance. I believe that if one used an online travel agency as if it were a free tool, the quality and services offered would soon become poor, there would be inaccuracies, miscommunication and misrepresentation, lack of options and solutions. It seems obvious to me, some other people may believe it can work just as well, but I wonder what they would do if at a crucial time of the season there was a disruption in online sales through an agency.

Some parts of the building, such as some of the bathrooms, are in my opinion economically made and do not have good finishes, lack proper maintenance and show wear and tear. None of the bathrooms I have been in had a window, and most of the rooms I visited only had a small opening near the door. The light wells take up too much volume in relation to the common areas, with the result that the only space available to guests is in the bedrooms, in a small room next to the kitchen and on a small terrace above the roof. In addition, the entrance to the facility overlooks an alley which I think is only worth passing through. The beds seemed to me simple, not firm, with the mattresses thin and of poor quality showing signs of wearing, some did not have fall protection on one side, with possible accident if one were to lose balance. Some safety drawers were in a bad state of repair. The traditional key system for opening the interior doors and the security drawers is, in my opinion, outdated, cumbersome and constitutes a security flaw because all the locks require one throw to close and one to open, with the result that they are often left unlocked. Plus, they have to be deposited at reception every time you leave the hostel, a situation typical of the last century. The atmosphere in my opinion is not vivid, there is a lack of background music, it seemed flat to me. The way I see it, I would have played music at a decent volume, modern and lively music in tune with what I think are the tastes of most hostel customers.

I really like the location, it is in a bustling area.

I did not like the room. The mattresses are really soft, there are no curtains for some beds and no small light. Also, plugs are not available if you have an upper bed. People at night were using their phones to have some light. I feel like the female mix room needs definitely refurbishment. I could not even open my drawer and the whole room ix max for 4 people, not 6.

Very good location, many restaurants and bars around, Las Setas are around 1 km away, Plaza de España less than 3 km. Beds are big and comfy, you have a curtain for a privacy. Staff are very kind. We left our baggage in the hostel without any problem.

    There is no fan.

Very small rooms, because of that room was stuffy. There was just one bathroom in the room for eight people. So, bathroom was always dirty. Also my locker didn't work.

Clean and well managed. Lift was good. Plenty of coffee and breakfast. Curtains good in rooms. Helpful staff

    Noisy at times.

The desk woman was a lovely person, she was kind and explained everything I needed to know ! The price is cheap which is nice when you travel on a budget.

I’ve been bitten by bed bugs…I’m allergic and would recognise bed bugs bites instantly. I was on room 2, bed 3. (I know you’ll say that you don’t have any but you should focus on dealing with this issue, it’s very uncomfortable for the customers)

The location is good, the room gets cleaned every day, the staff is nice and available and the rooms are quiet.

Some water was coming out from the shower every time we were using it , and the floor would have got a bit wet after that.

The staff was so friendly! Very helpful as well. I asked about where to visit In town and they gave me a lot of recommendations. The bed/room was comfortable, cozy, and clean.

I have no complaints at all.
